Շեյխուհի Մոզան տեսլական ունի ոչ միայն իր երկրի, այլև ամբողջ մարդկության համար․ Արմեն Սարգսյան
POLITICSՇեյխուհի Մոզան շատ ժամանակակից անձնավորություն է, որը տեսլական ունի ոչ միայն իր երկրի այլև ամբողջ մարդկության համար։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 18-ին Կատար պաշտոնական այցի շրջանում շեյխուհի Մոզա բինթ Նասեր ալ-Միսնեդի հետ իր հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողներին ասաց ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը։
«Շեյխուհու հետ սկզբունքային շատ հետաքրքիր համաձայնություն ձեռք բերեցինք, որ ստեղծենք աշխատանքային խումբ՝ հնարավոր համագործակցության ուղղություններն ուսումնասիրելու համար՝ ուսանողների փոխանակում, համատեղ գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքներ և այլն։ Քաթարցիներն ընդամենը 300 հազար են, բայց նրանց վերաբերմունքը համաշխարհային մշակույթին և կրթությանը յուօրինակ է։ Մեր տեսկալանն է Հայաստանը դարձնել գիտության, կրթության և մշակույթի կենտրոն։ Իրենք նույն բանն այստեղ են անում, հետևաբար մեր համագործակցությունը տրամաբանական է»,- ասաց նա։
Շեյխուհի Մոզա բինտ Նասեր ալ-Միսնեդը Կատարի շեյխ Համադ բեն Քալիֆ-ալ-Թանիի երկրորդ կինն է՝ քաղաքական և հասարակական գործիչ։
Շեյխուհին, որն իր օրինակով բացառիկ է Պարսից ծոցի մյուս երկրների կանանց համար, Կատարի կրթության, գիտության և հասարակական զարգացման ֆոնդի նախագահն է, Ընտանեկան հարցերի գերագույն խորհրդի նախագահը, Կրթության Գերագույն խորհրդի փոխնախագահը, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի հատուկ դեսպանը:
Մոզա ալ-Միսնեդն իր գլխավոր նպատակն է համարում Կատարը դարձնել ժամանակակից, առաջատար երկիր, դրա համար էլ ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունի իր երկրի ու տարածաշրջանի քաղաքական, հասարակական կյանքում, գործնական ու մշակութային հարցերում: Շեյխուհի Մոզան նաև Կատարը նոր «Սիլիկոնե հովիտ» դարձնելու գաղափարի հեղինակն է: Այս նպատակով ստեղծվել է Կատարի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիայի այգին, որի բացումը տեղի ունեցավ 2008 թվականի վերջերին: Այգում կատարվեցին 225 միլիոն արժողությամբ ներդրումներ այդ թվում՝ այնպիսի միջազգային առաջատար ընկերություններ կողմից, ինչպիսիք են՝ «Microsoft-ը», «Shell-ը» և «General Electric-ը»: Բացի այդ, նա համարվում է նաև Կատարում «Կրթական քաղաքի» գաղափարի հեղինակն ու այն կյանքի կոչողը: Այն իրենից ներկայացնում է մոտ 2500 հա տարածությամբ համալսարանական քաղաք՝ մայրաքաղաքի արվարձաններից մեկում, որտեղ դասախոսում են ամերիկյան համալսարանների առաջատար պրոֆեսորները: Շեյխան ակտիվորեն խրախուսում է նաև արաբալեզու «Ալ-Ջազիրա» հեղինակավոր լրատվամիջոցի գործունեությունը: 2009 թվականից հովանավորում է Կրթության համաշխարհային ինովացիոն գագաթնաժողովի (WISE) իրականացումը:
