Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց Քոչարյանի փաստաբան Սևակ Թորոսյանը, ով Հայաստան է ժամանել Ֆրանսիայից։

«Գաղտնիք չէ, որ արդեն մեկ տարի է, ինչ ես զեկուցում եմ Ֆրանսիայի և միջազգային կառույցների ղեկավարներին։ Վերջերս էլ մանրամասն պաշտոնական նամակ եմ ուղարկել նախագահ Մակրոնին` մեկ տարվա ամբողջ ընթացքի վերաբերյալ։ Նամակի հետևանքներն իմ գործը չեն։ Դա դիվանագիտական հարց է։ Մեկ ամիս չանցած` մի քանի օր առաջ, նախագահ Մակրոնից նամակ ստացա, որտեղ ասում է, որ վստահ եղեք` Ֆրանսիան ուշի ուշով հետևում է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դատավարությանը»,– ասաց Սևակ Թորոսյանը։

Ֆրանսահայ փաստաբանը հայտնեց նաև, որ Մակրոնի նամակն իրականում զարմացրել է իրեն, քանի որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահն իր նամակին պատասխանելու որևէ պարտավորություն չուներ, ուստի ինքն էլ պատասխանի չէր սպասում։

Քոչարյանի փաստաբանը հայտնեց, որ Մակրոնին ուղղված նամակում 30-ի չափ խախտումների ցանկ է ներկայացրել, այդ թվում` «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով դատավորի գրասենյակի խուզարկությունը, փաստաբանին խոսքից զրկելը և այլն։

Թորոսյանը չթաքցրեց` նամակում նաև հայտնել է, որ ընտրողական արդարադատության հարցում կա ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրահանգը։

«Ես իրեն հայտնեցի, որ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին հստակեցվեց, որ որոշ վարույթներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անձամբ է հրահանգավորում»,– ասաց Թորոսյանը` միաժամանակ շեշտելով, որ բոլոր երկրների ղեկավարները, որոնց թվում և Մակրոնը, դիվանագիտական խողովակներով այս ամենից արդեն իսկ տեղյակ են` անկախ իր նամակից։

«Բայց ինքը որոշեց պատասխանել` իմանալով, որ այդ պատասխանն իր գրասենյակի 4 պատերում չպիտի մնա»,– ասաց Թորոսյանը։

Փաստաբանական գրասենյակի նամակներից բացի, փաստաբանի խոսքով, դատավարության մասին իրենց երկրներին մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն են ներկայացնում նաև Հայաստանում գործող դեսպանատները, դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունները։
