Իսկ ՍԴ դատավորները կհամաձայնե՞ն

Կառավարությունը երեկ հավանություն տվեց օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթին, որը հանրության մեջ արդեն իսկ ստացել է ՍԴ դատավորներին օրենքով «կաշառելու» նախաձեռնություն անունը:
Փաթեթը համարվել է անհետաձգելի և կարճ ժամկետում կքննարկվի խորհրդարանում: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորների՝ բացառապես կամավոր սկզբունքով վաղ կենսաթոշակի անցնելու կառուցակարգ՝ բոլոր սոցիալական երաշխիքների պահպանմամբ:
Մասնավորապես, առաջարկվում է Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի կողմից մինչև 2020 թվականի հունվարի 31-ը հրաժարական ներկայացնելու դեպքում, նրա լիազորությունները դադարելուց հետո, մինչև իր համար Սահմանադրությամբ սահմանված պաշտոնավարման տարիքը լրանալը նրան հատկացնել կենսաթոշակ՝ հրաժարականի պահին ստացած պաշտոնային դրույքաչափի ու հավելավճարի չափով:
Այդ իրավունքից չեն կարող օգտվել «Սահմանադրական դատարանի մասին» 2017 թվականի հունվարի 17-ի ՀՕ42-Ն սահմանադրական օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո ընտրված Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորները:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, խորհրդարանական քննարկումներին զուգահեռ՝ «երազանքի ՍԴ» ունենալու համար իշխանությունները նախատեսում են անհատական «աշխատանքներ տանել» ՍԴ անցանկալի դատավորների հետ, որպեսզի նրանք կամավոր գնան թոշակի: Եթե «բացատրելը» չստացվեց, կկիրառեն այն «գործիքները», որոնք կիրառվում են Հրայր Թովմասյանի նկատմամբ:
Եթե դա էլ չօգնեց, ապա իշխանությունները եկող տարի կգնան ՍԴ-ն լուծարելու, այն է՝ Սահմանադրությամբ նոր Բարձր դատարան ամրագրելու ճանապարհով:
