ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության «Մարզային մշակութային ստեղծագործական նախագծեր և միջոցառումներ» մշակութային դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի շրջանակում «Ռեգիոն» ՀԶԿ-ն Վանաձորում իրականացնում է «Օկտավա» («Մշակույթը սկսվում է համայնքից») ծրագիրը:

Մշակույթի ոլորտի մարզային ներկայացուցիչները՝ ուսանողներ, դասախոսներ, սկսնակ արվեստագետներ, մասնագիտության ընտրության հարցում կողմնորոշվող ավարտական դասարանների աշակերտները հանդիպումներ են ունենում երաժշտարվեստի, կինոյի, թատրոնի, պարարվեստի ոլորտների ճանաչված և անվանի արվեստագետների հետ:

Ծրագիրը մեկնարկել է հոկտեմբերին և մինչ օրս կազմակերպվել է 5 հանդիպում, որոնց  մասնակցել են ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստ, բեմադրիչ Նարինե Գրիգորյանը, կոմպոզիտոր, կինոռեժիսոր Ջիվան Ավետիսյանը,  Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի մեներգչուհի Նարինե Անանիկյանը, արվեստի վաստակավոր գործիչ, երգիչ Վահան Արծրունին, ԵԹԿՊԻ «Դերասանի վարպետություն և ռեժիսուրա» ամբիոնի վարիչ, պրոֆեսոր Ռուբեն Բաբայանը։

«Օկտավա» նախագիծը ստեղծվել է մշակույթի ապակենտրոնացման, մայրաքաղաքի ու մարզերի միջև մասնագիտական անջրպետի հաղթահարման համար: 8 հանդիպումների  ընթացքում Վանաձորի ուսանողներն ու մտավորականները հնարավորություն ունենան շփվելու, հարցեր տալու, առնչվելու մայրաքաղաքում ապրող մտավորականների հետ: Մենք պիտի մեր արվեստագետներին էկրանային կերպարից դարձնենք հասանելի, հնարավորություն տանք քաղաքացիներին շփվելու իրենց արժեքների հետ»,- խոսելով ծրագրի մասին նշել է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արայիկ Խզմալյանը:

Հանդիպումներն անցնում են անմիջական և ջերմ մթնոլորտում. ծավալվում են առավելապես մասնագիտական բնույթի զրույցներ, որոնց ընթացքում երիտասարդ մասնակիցները հարցեր են ուղղում բանախոսներին: Մտերմիկ զրույցի ընթացքում  հյուրերը պատմում են իրենց անցած ուղու, դժվարությունների հաղթահարման և հաջողությունների պատմությունները: Այս ծրագիրը բարձր են գնահատվում թե՛ համայնքի արվեստագետները, թե՛ քաղաքացիները։ Նրանց խոսքով, մինչև ծրագրի մեկնարկն իրենք միայն արվեստի ստեղծագործությունների ունկնդիրներ են եղել, իսկ այժմ անմիջականորեն շփվում են անվանի արվեստագետների հետ։
