Հիլարի Քլինթոնը չի բացառել, որ կմասնակցի 2020-ի նախագահական ընտրություններին

ԱՄՆ նախկին պետքարտուղար եւ 2016-ի նախագահական ընտրություններում Դոնալդ Թրամփի մրցակից Հիլարի Քլինթոնը դեռեւս չի ծրագրում սկսել 2020-ի նախագահական մրցավազքը, սակայն չի բացառում իրադարձությունների նման զարգացումը: Այս մասին նա ասել է BBC-ին տված հարցազրույցում, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Ինչպես ես եմ ասում՝ երբեք, երբեք, երբեք մի ասա «երբեք»»,- ասել է Քլինթոնը՝ նշելով, որ իր աջակիցները փորձում են համոզել իրեն առաջադրվել 2020-ի նախագահական ընտրություններում:
«Այս պահին դա բացարձակ չի մտնում իմ ծրագրերի մեջ»,- ասել է նա:
Հիլարի Քլինթոնն առաջին անգամ որոշել էր պայքարել նախագահի պաշտոնի համար 2008-ին, սակայն զիջել էր դեմոկրատների թեկնածու Բարաք Օբամային փրայմերիզների ժամանակ: 2016-ին կուսակցությունը հաստատել էր, որ Քլինթոնը կմասնակցի 2016-ի նոյեմբերի 8-ին նախագահական ընտրություններին, սակայն այդ ժամանակ Քլինթոնը զիջել էր հանրապետականների թեկնածու Դոնալդ Թրամփին:
ԱՄՆ նախագահի 59-րդ ընտրությունները կանցկացվեն 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 3-ին: Կուսակցական ակտիվիստների առաջին ժողովները տեղի կունենան Այովա նահանգում 2020-ի փետրվարի սկզբին: Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության համագումարը, որի ժամանակ կառաջադրվի նախագահի թեկնածուն, տեղի կունենա 2020-ի հուլիսի 13-16-ին Միլուոկիում (Վիսքոնսին նահանգ): Հանրապետական կուսակցության համագումարը տեղի կունենա 2020-ի օգոստոսի 24-27-ին Շառլոտ քաղաքում (Հյուսիսային Կառոլինա նահանգ):
