Հրայր Թովմասյանի դեմ կեղծ ցուցմունք տված Ալվարդ Մելքոնյանին մեղադրանք կառաջադրվի՞

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ամիսներ շարունակ ՀՔԾ-ն ու Քննչական կոմիտեն փորձում են հիմքեր գտնել Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցելու համար: Այս ընթացքում հարցաքննվել է շուրջ չորս տասնյակ մարդ, որոնցից փորձ է արվել ցուցմունք կորզել Թովմասյանի դեմ, սակայն ապարդյուն: 

«Փաստի»՝ իրավապահ համակարգի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, միակ բացառությունը եղել է նոտարական պալատի նախկին ղեկավար Ալվարդ Մելքոնյանը, որը սեփական կամքով ներկայացել է քննչական և պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել ցուցմունք տալ Թովմասյանի դեմ: 

Նույն աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Ալվարդ Մելքոնյանը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ սկզբում ներկայացել է ոստիկանության վեցերորդ վարչություն, ապա ԱԱԾ՝ հայտնելով, որ պատրաստ է հետաքրքրող տվյալներ տրամադրել Հրայր Թովմասյանի վերաբերյալ։ Իրավապահները սկզբում մեծ եռանդով մի քանի օր հարցաքննել են Ալվարդ Մելքոնյանին, ապա դրանց հիման վրա շուրջ երեք ամիս փորձել են տիկնոջ ցուցմունքները հավաստող որևէ ապացույց հայթայթել, սակայն ապարդյուն: 

Խոսքը նույն Ալվարդ Մելքոնյանի մասին է, որը ներգրավված է եղել կոռուպցիոն բնույթի մի քանի քրեական գործերում, որոնց շարքում առանձնանում է Արամի փողոցի վրա գտնվող նորակառույցի բնակարանները երեքից ավելի անգամներ տարբեր գնորդներին օտարելու վերաբերյալ գործարքների կնքումը, ինչի արդյունքում տուժել էին 400ից ավելի քաղաքացիներ: 

Բացի այդ, հատուկ քննչական ծառայության այն ժամանակվա ղեկավար Անդրանիկ Միրզոյանն էլ դիմել էր արդարադատության նախարար Հրայր Թովմասյանին՝ Ալվարդ Մելքոնյանի նկատմամբ կարգապահական միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու նպատակով։ 

Մեզ պատմեցին, որ Մելքոնյանն իր ցուցմունքում նշել էր, թե նախարար աշխատած ժամանակահատվածում Զաքյան փողոցում կառուցված հյուրանոցում Հրայր Թովմասյանը բաժնեմաս է ձեռք բերել։ 

Իրավապահներն ամիսներ շարունակ խորությամբ քննել են նշված հյուրանոցի կառուցման ընթացքը, բազմաթիվ անգամ հարցաքննել են շինարարներին և սեփականատերերին, սակայն պարզել են, որ Թովմասյանը ոչ միայն որևէ առնչություն չունի նշված հյուրանոցի հետ, այլ նաև երբևէ անձնական շփում չի ունեցել հյուրանոցի սեփականատերերի հետ։ 

Բայց սա ամենը չէ. ուսումնասիրելով նոտարական պալատի գործունեությունը, մեր տեղեկություններով, իրավապահները հայտնաբերել են, որ Ալվարդ Մելքոնյանի ղեկավարման ժամանակահատվածում վերջինս սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ կլորիկ գումարներ է դուրս գրել տարբեր ֆիզիկական անձանց: Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ քննությանն ամիսներ շարունակ «աջակցած» Ալվարդ Մելքոնյանը հնարավոր է առաջիկայում «վկայից» դառնա մեղադրյալ:
