Բացահայտել է քրեակատարողական ծառայողների ներգրավմամբ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպք

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ձեռնարկված հետևողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է, որ նոյեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 18։45-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի դատապարտյալ Ա. Ս.-ն «Վաղարշապատի հիվանդանոց» ԲԿ-ից քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ ընդունվելիս ենթարկվել է անձնական խուզարկության։ Արդյունքում հայտնաբերել են երկու փաթեթ, որոնցում առկա են եղել մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոցին նմանվող, 24 գրամ քաշով դեղնականաչավուն զանգված և 2 բջջային հեռախոս՝ բաժանորդային քարտերով։ Այդ մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է, որ դատապարտյալ Ա. Ս.-ն նոյեմբերի 10-ից 11-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, օգտվելով քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պահպանության ապահովման բաժնի աշխատակիցներ Ս. Մ.-ի, Գ. Գ.-ի և Ս. Գ.-ի թողտվությունից և վերջիններիս կողմից իրենց պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու հանգամանքից, հիշյալ ծառայողներին պատկանող և անձամբ նրանց կողմից տրամադրված բջջային հեռախոսներով կապ է հաստատել Վաղարշապատ քաղաքի բնակիչ Կ. Վ.-ի հետ և պայմանավորվել թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու մասին։ Այնուհետև վերջինիս կողմից «Վաղարշապատի հիվանդանոց» ԲԿ է տեղափոխվել մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոց և այլ արգելված իրեր, որոնք քրեակատարողական վերոնշյալ ծառայողների գիտությամբ և թույլտվությամբ ԲԿ-ի ճաշարանում փոխանցվել են դատապարտյալ Ա. Ս.-ին։ Քրեակատարողական ծառայողները նույն վայրում դատապարտյալ Ա. Ս.-ի հետ ծխելու եղանակով օգտագործել են բերված թմրամիջոցի մի մասը, իսկ մնացածը, չարաշահելով իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքը, թողել են դատապարտյալի մոտ՝ բջջային հեռախոսներիի հետ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ տեղափոխելու համար:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 266-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, 268-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակելու համար քրեական գործը ենթակայության կարգով ուղարկվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն։
