«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Արցախի նախկին վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հայտարարությունը՝ «ովքեր կասկածի տակ են դնում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քայլերը, դավադիր ուժեր են», մեծ հակազդեցություն է առաջացրել շատերի շրջանում, հատկապես նրանց, որոնք ընդդիմադիր են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը կամ նույնիսկ չեզոք են դիրքավորված: 

Ընդհանրապես, Հայաստանի իշխանություններին ամեն գնով ու ամեն առիթով սիրաշահելու նրա մոլուցքը, մեր տեղեկություններով, միանշանակ չի ընդունվում նույնիսկ իշխանության շարքերում գտնվողներից ոմանց կողմից: 

Հետաքրքրական է, որ Հայաստանի նախկին իշխանությունների հետ ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունեցած Հարությունյանը, հանուն ՀՀ նոր իշխանությունների՝ իր հանդեպ բարեհաճ վերաբերմունք ապահովելու, այրում է բոլոր հին կամուրջները, ինչը հենց Հարությունյանի դեմ լուրջ դիմադրություն է առաջացնելու:

Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Հարությունյանի՝ անգամ նման պահվածքի պարագայում, ՀՀ իշխանությունն այս պահին հակված է աջակցելու Արցախի ԱԳ նախարար Մասիս Մայիլ յանին, ում ակտիվ լոբբինգով, ըստ թերթի տեղեկությունների, այս պահին էլ զբաղված է ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը: 

Ի դեպ, այս կոնտեքստում ուշագրավ էր ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը. «Արայիկ Հարությունյանի ասուլիսները լսում եմ, մտքերի մեջ եմ ընկնում. կարող է հիշողությունս փայլատակել է ու ամեն ինչ լավ եմ հիշում ` մասնավորապես 2016 թ. ցորենի արտերի համար ծեծվող զինվորներին, ՀԵԿ-երը, հիմնադրամի փողերը... Էդքան գնացի Արցախ, չֆայմեցի էն մնացածն էլ ինձանով անեի (եթե բան թողել է), այսօր համարժեք մրցակից կունենար»:
