ԲԴԽ անդամ Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանի հրաժարականը լավագույն լուծումը չէ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԲԴԽ անդամ Գրիգոր Բեքմեզյանը՝ անդրադառնալով։ Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացրել է հրաժարական ներկայացնելու մասին։
Հարցին՝ արդյոք ԲԴԽ-ի ներսում կա՞ն խնդիրներ, որոնք հանգեցրել են ԲԴԽ անդամի հրաժարականին, Բեքմեզյանն ասաց․ «Ներսում շատ լավ աշխատանքային մթնոլորտ է։ Իհարկե, կան նաեւ անհամաձայնություններ, սակայն դրանք հրաժարականի հիմք չեն, բոլորն էլ քննարկման միջոցով լուծելի հարցեր են»։
Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանի հրաժարականի տեքստի այն հատվածին, որ Բարձրագույն Դատական Խորհրդը, որպես անկախ սահմանադրական մարմին, այդ «Խոսել եմ իր հետ, սակայն դրա հիմնավորումը ես էլ չեմ տեսել։ Գուցե այս քայլով նա փորձում է ուշադրությունը դարձնել խնդիրներին, որոնց որ ինքներս էլ ուշադիր լինենք, կարող է օգուտ տան, չգիտեմ»։
