Նոյեմբերի 7-ին ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժնում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Քարակերտ գյուղում գտնվող «Թալին» ջրօգտագործողների ընկերության վարչական շենքի դիմաց վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ընթացքում կրակոցներ են հնչել։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Ոստիկանությունը:

 

Դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը ձեռնարկել է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ պարզելով, որ մի քանի անձի միջև վեճ է տեղի ունեցել, և, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների` մասնակիցներից մեկը հրացանով կրակոցներ է արձակել։

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է որսորդական հրացանի կրակված փամփուշտի մասեր։ Ճշտվել է միջադեպի մասնակիցների ինքնությունը։ Նախնական տվյալներով միջադեպի հետևանքով որևէ անձ չի տուժել։ Դեպքի վերաբերյալ ոստիկանություն ստացվել է նաև հաղորդում։

 

Ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժնում նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր։ Ոստիկանությունը տիրապետում է օպերատիվ իրավիճակին, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 7-ին Ոստիկանության Բաղրամյանի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Քարակերտ գյուղում գտնվող «Թալին» ՋՕԸ-ի վարչական շենքում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունենում: Ըստ ստացված տեղեկությունների՝ գրասենյակ են ներխուժել ԵԿՄ անդամներ Սափեյան եղբայրները՝ իրենց որդիների հետ, ու զենքի սպառնալիքով փորձել են իրենց կրտսեր որդուն նշանակել պետի տեղակալ:  Վիճաբանություն է սկսվել, ծեծուջարդ, կրակոց է հնչել: Կրակել են ՋՕԸ-ի աշխատակիցներից մեկի ուղղությամբ:
