Դիպլոմը դեռ կրթություն չէ, եւ պարզ է, որ նման ձեւակերպումը հարվածում է բազմաթիվ դիպլոմ ունեցող եւ դիպլոմ տված մարդկանց գործունեությանը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 7-ին, կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս հարցի լուծումը, պարզ է, որ առաջացնելու է բազմաթիվ դիմադրության դեպքեր:

«Մարդուն կարելի է հաց տալ մի ամիս, մեկ տարի, 5 տարի, իսկ հետո ի՞նչ է լինելու: Դրա համար մենք սկսած նախակրթարանից պետք է մեր քաղաքացիներին պատրաստենք հենց այս տրամաբանության մեջ, որ սեփական բարեկեցության հասնելու միակ եղանակը աշխատանքն է, ընդ րում ազնիվ աշխատանքը: Որովհետեւ հանցավոր գործունեությամբ զբաղվող որեւէ մեկը ՀՀ-ում բարեկեցություն վաստակելու շանս չպետք է ունենա: Պետք է ավելի հեռուն գնալ եւ բոլոր նրանք, որոնք բաեւրեկեցություն են վաստակել հանցավոր ճանապարհով,  պետք է չկարողանան այսպիսի գործունեությամբ զբաղվել»,-ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ այսօր Հայաստանում սակավամտության եւ բացագիտության պայքար է տեղի ունենում. «Դա արվում է մարդկանց անընդհատ ինչ-որ անհեթեթ վախեր ներշնչելով, օգտվելով մարդկանց տեղեկացվածության պակասից, ինչ-որ կեղծ կարգախոսներ դնելով շրջանառության մեջ: Եթե ինչ-որ մեկին թվում է, թե դրանով մեզ պետք է վախեցնեն, իրենք սխալվում են: Նախ, իրենք հանրությանը որեւէ բան ներշնչելու շանս չունեն, որովհետեւ իրենք հանրության կողմից մղված են լուսանցք, որտեղից երբեք դուրս չեն գալու»:

Նա կարեւորեց հանրության հետ մշտական կապի մեջ լինելը. «Այո, գուցե նաեւ մեր մեղքով հանրությունը չի ընկալում ինչ ենք մենք իրականում անում եւ ինչի համար: Մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ թյուր ըմբռնումներ չլինեն մեր գործունեւթյան հետ կապված»,-ընդգծեց վարչապետը:
