Իրաքի անվտանգության ուժերը Բաղդադի կենտրոնում կամրջի վրա ցուցարարներին ցրելու համար կրակ են բացել, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը: Նրանք օդ են կրակել, զոհեր չկան:
Ցուցարարները երեքշաբթի երեկոյան արգելափակել են Շուհադա կամուրջը: Ավելի ուշ չորեքշաբթի անվտանգության ուժերը ցուցարարներին ցրելու համար կրակ են բացել:
Ավելի քան 260 իրաքցի է սպանվել հոկտեմբերի 1-ից սկսված բողոքի ակցիաների հետեւանքով: Նախօրեին անվտանգության ուժերը կրակել են 13 ցուցարարի վրա:

Անվտանգության ուժերը բռնի ուժով ցրել են նստացույցը: Ցուցարարները վրաններ են տեղադրել կառավարության շենքի դիմաց:
Նախօրեին երկրի վարչապետ Աբդուլ Մահդին հայտարարել է, որ ցույցերն ազդում են տնտեսության վրա, ինչը երկիրն իրեն չի կարող թույլ տալ, եւ ցուցարարներին խնդրել է խուսափել պետությանն ու մասնավոր սեփականությանը վնաս հասցնելուց:
Reuters-ի աղբյուրների հաղորդմամբ՝ ցույցերի կազմակերպիչների ձերբակալության օրդերներ են տրվել: Տասնյակ մարդիկ արդեն ձերբակալվել են Բասրայում եւ Նասիրիայում:
Բաղդադում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը դատապարտել է անզեն ցուցարարների դեմ բռնությունն ու Իրաքի առաջնորդներին կոչ արել անհապաղ շփում հաստատել ցուցարարների հետ:
«Մենք ցավում ենք սպանությունների եւ անզեն ցուցարարների առեւանգման, մտքի ազատության սպառնալիքների եւ տեղի ունեցող բռնության համար: Իրաքցիները պետք է երկրի ապագան ինքնուրույն որոշելու հնարավորություն ունենան»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
