Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն դրեց այդ նախագծի դատավճիռը՝ առանց մեզ հետ քննարկելու․ Անաիդա Մովսեսյան
SOCIETYՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթը մեզ զարմացրեց և զայրացրեց։ Ես գտնում եմ, որ ուսանողները ճիշտ են։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 6-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԵՊՀ հայ բանասիրության ֆակուլտետի հայոց լեզվի ամբիոնի դասախոս Անաիդա Մովսեսյանը՝ խոսելով բուհական ծրագրերում «Հայոց լեզու» եւ «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկաները ոչ պարտադիր դարձնելու որոշման նախագծի մասին։
«Այն նախագիծ է և դրված է քննարկման, բայց երկրի ղեկավարն արդեն ուղղորդված կարծիք ունի, և դրեց այդ նախագծի դատավճիռը։ Մենք դեմ չէինք, որ քննարկեինք, հանդիպեինք, զրուցեինք, բայց ինչպես կարելի է կանխակալ տրամադրվածություն ունենալ դրա հանդեպ»,-նշեց նա։
Անաիդա Մովսեսյանը շեշտում է՝ հայոց լեզուն ոչ մասնագիտական ֆակուլտետներում անցնում են տարեկան 40 ժամ․ «Շատ ծիծաղելի է, որ այդ 40 ժամը պիտի խանգարի մասնագիտական առարկաների դասավանդմանը, կարելի է բարձրացրել մասնագիտական առարկաների դասավանդման որակը, կարելի է հայոց լեզուն ավելի մասնագիտորեն դասավանդել, համապատասխանեցնելով տվյալ մասնագիտությանը։ Բայց այսպես, առանց մեր կարծիքը լսելու․․․ փաստորեն վարչապետը միայն մի կողմի կարծիքին էր տեղյակ և արտահայտում էր 1 կողմի կարծիքը»։
Նա նկատում է՝ կա աշխատատեղերի խնդիր նաև․ «Այստեղ կա նաև աշխախատատեղի խնդիր, բացի այդ բանասիրական ֆակուլտետների դիմորդներն էլ կպակասեն, եթե կա աշխախատեղի խնդիր, չկա դասախոսելու, հայագիտությամբ զբաղվելու հեռանկար։ Խոսվում է մասնագիտական գրականության բացակայության մասին, բայց եթե միջոցներ ապահովվեն հարյուրավոր գրքեր կթարգմանվեն ու կգրվեն, իսկ մենք 780 ժամ պարապում ենք կոպեկների դիմաց»։
Դասախոսը շեշտում է՝ բացատրական բառարան վերջին անգամ 1980-ականներին է տպագրվել․ «2,7 միլիոն են տրամադրում ինչ-որ միջոցառման, թող տրամադրեն, բայց իրենք գիտեն հայոց լեզվի բացատրական բառարան վերջին անգամ երբ է տպագրվել, 1980-ականներին, այն դեպքում իրենք նշած երկրներում՝ Անգլիայում և Ֆրանսիայում ամեն օր բացատրական բառարաններ են տպվում»։
