Վարդուհի Իշխանյանն այսօր Facebook-ի իր էջում գրառում է արել այն մասին, թե ինչպես են ոստիկանությունից փորձել իրեն հրավիրել բացատրություն տալու  հոկտեմբերի 30–ի նույն սոցիալական հարթակում գրառման կապակցությամբ, որտեղ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի կինը դատախազությանը հորդորում էր ստուգել ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արման Բաբաջանյանի ֆինանսական միջոցների օրինականությունը:

 

«Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 5-ին ինձ զանգահարեց ոմն անծանոթ և ներկայացավ, որպես ոստիկանության 6-րդ վարչության աշխատող և «հրավիրեց» վարչություն բացատրություն տալու իմ ս․թ․ հոկտեմբերի 30–ի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման կապակցությամբ։ Պատասխանեցի, որ հրաժարվում եմ ներկայանալ և պարտավոր չեմ բացատրություն տալ (օրնենքով բացատրություն տալու պարտավորություն կամ բացատրություն տալու նպատակով ներկայանալու պարտավորություն ոչ ոք չունի)։ Թվաց, թե հարցը սպառված է, բայց՝ ոչ՚, գրել է Վարդուհի Իշխանյանը։ Նրա գրառման համաձայն, երեկոյան, ժամը մոտ19-ն անց 10-ին, իրենց բնակարանի շեմին նկատել է երկու անծանոթի։ Հարցին, թե ովքեր են, պատասխանել են՝ 6-րդ վարչությունից, և 15 րոպե պահանջել են դուռը բացել և ստորագրել ինչ-ինչ փաստաթղթեր։ «Եվս մեկ անգամ մերժեցի, բացատրելով մեր «փառապանծ» իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատողներին, որ բացատրություն տալ կամ չտալը իմ իրավունքն է, և որ իրենք իրավունք չունեն ինձնից ստիպողաբար բացատրություն կորզել։ Կարծում եմ, ոստիկանները քաջատեղյակ են օրենսդրական կարգավորումներին, ու նման պարագայում այս ամենը ես համարում եմ ոչ միայն «իրավական» ապօրինություններ, այլև սպառնալիքներ իմ և իմ ընտանիքի նկատմամբ», գրել է Վարդուհի Իշխանյանը։
