«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ խորհուրդը և տնօրինությունը հանդես են եկել պարզաբանմամբ, ուր մասնավորաբար ասվում է.

Հաշվի առնելով, որ վերջին օրերին որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ կրկին անդրադարձ են կատարել «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերության բաժնետիրական կառուցվածքին և կազմին՝ միայն իրենց (կամ հնարավոր պատվիրատուներին) հայտնի տրամաբանությամբ և շարժառիթներով հանգելով մտացածին, իրականության հետ որևէ աղերս չունեցող հետևությունների, ընկերության խորհուրդը և տնօրինությունը պաշտոնապես հայտարարում են.

«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը, հավատարիմ մնալով իր որդեգրած թափանցիկության և հրապարակայնության քաղաքականությանը, Ազգային ժողովի կողմից ընդունված օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետից շուտ և դրա պահանջներից առավել, դեռևս 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 5-ին հրապարակել է իր բաժնետիրական կառուցվածքը՝ մինչև վերջին ֆիզիկական անձը՝ անկախ նրանց մասնակցության չափից։ Այս տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի www. cba.am և «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ www.zcmc.am կայքերում։

Ճշմարիտ տեղեկատվություն որոնողների համար ևս մեկ անգամ հրապարակում ենք «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲ ընկերության բաժնետերերի իրական կառուցվածքը։

Իսկ «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲ ընկերության անվան և հեղինակության հաշվին, սեփական անձի կամ լրատվամիջոցի նկատմամբ ժամանակավոր հետաքրքրություն առաջացնելու մոլուցքով տարված անձանց հորդորում ենք իրենց երևակայությանը հագուրդ տալուն զուգահեռ հիշել այլ անձանց օրենքով պաշտպանվող և պետության կողմից երաշխավորված իրավունքների ու ազատությունների դեմ ոտնձգելու անթույլատրելիության և օրենքով նախատեսված պատասխանատվության մասին։
