«Բորբոքված» նիստ ՔՊ-ում. նոր մանրամասներ

Նախօրեին տեղի է ունեցել ՔՊԿ վարչության և ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության նիստ, որին մասնակցել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ 

«Փաստ» թերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել այդ նիստից: 

Թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ Փաշինյանի հիմնական թիրախները մի քանիսն են եղել, մասնավորաբար՝ ՍԴ շուրջ ընթացող և ներկայումս որոշակի փակուղի մտած «բոլոլան», որի լուծումը Փաշինյանն այդպես էլ չի կարողանում գտնել: 

Վարչապետն ասել է, որ Լոնդոնից Հայաստան են հրավիրել բավականին լուրջ կշիռ ունեցող մի իրավաբանական փորձագիտական խումբ (ի դեպ, ըստ տարբեր տեղեկությունների, նախատեսվում է բավական լուրջ գումար վճարել, խոսքը մոտ 400 հազար դոլարի մասին է), որպեսզի ստեղծված իրավիճակին իրավական ճիշտ հանգուցալուծում տրվի։ 

Մյուս թեման կապված է եղել Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիայի հետ, որը, Փաշինյանի խոսքով, «առաջիկայում ավելի լուրջ ու հիմնավոր պետք է հրամցնել հանրությանը»։ 

Թերթի աղբյուրը փոխանցել է, որ վարչապետն այս առիթով ընդգծել է, որ եթե այս հարցի հետ կապված թիմում առկա են տարակարծություններ, և կան իշխանության «գծից» տարբերվող տեսակետներ ունեցող անձինք, ապա կարող են բարձրաձայնել, սակայն ոչ մի հոդաբաշխ արձագանք չի հնչել:

 Սակայն թերթի աղբյուրը պնդում է, որ իշխանության շարքերում կան կոնվենցիայի վավերացմանը սկզբունքորեն դեմ մարդիկ, ու չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում լինեն նոր հրաժարականներ կառավարությունում, և մանդատների վայր դնելու գործընթաց՝ ԱԺ-ում։ 

Հաջորդ կարևոր թեման կապված է եղել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության շուրջ բարձրացած աղմուկի հետ. Փաշինյանն ասել է, թե «սովորական մի ակցիան սարքեցիք շիլափլավ, չեք կարում ոչ մի ինքնուրույն գործ անել»։ 

Թերթի տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանը չի պատրաստվում Արայիկ Հարությունյանին ազատել իր զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից։ 

Ընդհանուր դժգոհություններ են հնչել նաև պատգամավորների պասիվ գործողություններից՝ կապված օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններում գրեթե անգործության մթնոլորտի, խորհրդարանական քառօրյաներից «թռնելու» հետ: 

Քննադատության թիրախում են հայտնվել մարզպետները, որոնք, ըստ Փաշինյանի, «հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչով են զբաղված»։
