Ես ամենից շատ եմ շահագրգռված արդար դատով. Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան
VIDEOՀայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մտադիր չէ հրաժարվել իր քայլերից եւ գործողություններից։ Այս մասին նա ասաց դատարանի այսօրվա նիստում՝ ընդգծելով, որ բոլորից շատ է շահագրգռված արդար դատավարությամբ։
«Երկար չեմ խոսի։ Եվ իմաստ էլ չունի կրկնել անցած անգամ ասածը։ Համոզված եմ, որ բոլորը դահլիճում գիտեն, որ չկան ինձ կալանքի տակ պահելու հիմքեր։ Դա Հայաստանում ընթացող գործընթացի հետեւանքն է, որն ինձ մեղավոր է «նշանակել»։ Հասկանում եմ այդ ամեն ինչը»,- նշեց Քոչարյանը՝ հիշատակելով իրավիճակը ՍԴ-ի շուրջ։
«Հասկանում եմ, թե ինչ վիճակում են դատավորները։ Թեմիսի կշեռքի մի նժարին դատավորների խոցելիությունն է իշխանությունների, դատախազության առջեւ։ Մյուս նժարին նրանց արժանապատվությունն է, պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը եւ խիղճը։
Մարդիկ պետք է հիշեն, թե երբ են տանիք սարքել կամ սառնարան գնել, պահել չեքերը։ Չէ՞ որ վաղը նրանց կարող են հարցեր տալ, որոնց պատասխանները նրանք չեն ունենա։ Արդյունքը բխում է դատավորների խոցելիությունից։ Կան դատավորներ, բայց չկա արդարադատություն։ Կա սիմվոլիկա, բայց չկա արդարադատություն։ Հասկանում եմ, որ դուք էլ եք այդ վիճակում եւ ստիպված եք լինելու գնահատել սեփական խոցելիությունը»,- դիմել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին։ Ի պատասխան հետեւել է լռություն։
«Ինձ համար մի փոքր տհաճ է կանգնել այստեղ եւ փորձել համոզել, որ մտադրություն չունեմ փախչելու կամ խանգարելու։ Դա չի համընկնում իմ կենսագրության հետ։ Եվ ոչ ոք դահլիճի այն մասում (որտեղ նստած են Սեյրան Օհանյանը եւ Յուրի Խարատուրովը- խմբ.) չի փախչելու։ Նրանք միշտ ղեկավարվում են արժանապատվությամբ եւ հայրենասիրությամբ։ Ով ինչ էլ որ ասի։ Ես ստիպված եմ կրկնել, որ չեմ խոչընդոտելու։ Որ արդարադատությունից խուսափել մտադիր չեմ։ Ես բոլորից շատ եմ շահագրգռված արդար դատավարությամբ։ Բոլորից շատ։ Անցյալ որոշման մեջ Դուք նշեցիք, որ գործի բնույթն այնպիսին է, որ խուսափելու ռիսկեր չկան, կան ազդեցության ոչ մեծ ռիսկեր։ Ուզում եմ նշել, որ գործի բնույթն այնպիսին է, որ չկա ազդեցության սուբյեկտ։ 10 տարի անցնելուց հետո ես չեմ կարող փոխել Արտակարգ դրություն մտցնելու իմ հրամանը։ Դա փաստ է, եւ ես դրանից չեմ հրաժարվում։ Հանդիպման փաստը նույնպես փաստ է։ Չկա մոտիվ, չկա ազդեցության սուբյեկտ։ Այստեղ նստած մարդիկ իրենց թույլ չեն տա դիմել որեւէ մեկին խնդրանքով, որը կնսեմացնի նրանց արժանապատվությունը։ Ես ամոթից կմեռնեի, եթե հանկարծ ստիպված լինեի խնդրել ինչ-որ մեկին ռետուշավորել ցուցմունքները։ Թեմիսի նժարները ձեր ձեռքում են»,- ամփոփել է Քոչարյանը։
