Նիկոլ Փաշինյնանը ավաղ չի տիրապետում արցախյան կարգավորման ողջ փաթեթին: Այս մասին այսօր` նոյեմբերի 4-ին ֆեյսբուքյան  ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

 

«Այն մեծամտությունը, գոռոզությունը, որով Նիկոլը լծվել է արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման  բանակցություններին, այն անկայունությունը, անլրջությունը,ո սրով նա վերաբերում է սեփական խոսսքին եւ ամեն մի ելույթից հետո ստիպում է արտաքին գործերի նախարարին կամ պաշտպանության նախարարին կապված թեմայից մաքրել իր հետեւից, իհարկե, դրա վկայություններից մեկն է»,-ասաց նա:

 

Աշոտյանի խոսքով` հանրությանը հետաքրքիր չէ, թե ինչու է Փաշինյանն ազատել իր անվտանգության ծառայության պետին, այլ հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչ է քննարկում Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Արցախի խնդրի լուծման մասին: Ավաղ երեկվա եթերից միակ եզրակացությունը, որ պետք է անենք, այն է, որ ոչ մի կոնկրետ մոտեցում, որեւէ հստակ որդեգրված քաղաքականություն, որեւէ հստակություն ՀՀ Կառավարության կարծիքների, դիրքերի մասին Արցախյան հարցում չհնչեց: Սա ամենամեծ բացթողումն է եւ վստահ եմ` սա արվել է դիտավորյալ, որովհետեւ այն համատարած մանիպուլյացիաները, որ անում է Փաշինյանը եւ իր թիմը տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ, ավաղ չի շրջանցել նաեւ Ղարաբաղը»:

 

 Աշոտյանի խոսքով` եթե փորձենք հիշել, թե ինչ է վարչապետն ասել Ղարաբաղյան հարցի լուծման սկզբունքների  մասին, կամ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների մոտեցման հարցի մասին, ապա չենք հիշի, քանի որ այդ մասին ոչինչ չի ասվել:

 

«Ամեն լրահոսի հետեւում Փաշինյանը տեսնում է նախկինների ականջները, սակայն ամեն մի քննարկում վերագրել նախկին այսպես ասած ռեժիմին առնվազն ազնիվ չէ, որովհետեւ պետք է ասել, որ Փաշինյանից դժգոհ են ոչ միայն հանրապետականներ»,- ասաց նա:

 

Աշոտյանը նշեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկնեց նախկինում արված անհաջող արտահայտությունը, որ Արցախի հարցի լուծումը պետք է բավարարի 3 ժողովուրդներին, սակայն դրանից հետո հակառակորդ պետության նախագահը ներպետական եւ միջպետական  հարթակներում շատ կոպիտ է արձագանքել:

 

«Բա՞ն ասեց երեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դրան ի պատասխան: Դուք չե՞ք զարմանում, որ մեր երկրի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձը  արցախյան հարցում հակադարձում է եթե չասեմ բացառապես մեզ, քան ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին: Ինձ համար շատ տարօրինակ է, որ անպատասխան թողնելով Հայաստանի, Ղարաբաղի, Զանգեզուրի մասին, նա իր եթերով խոսում է ինչ-որ բամբասանքների, ասեկոսեների մասին եւ փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ Բաղդադում ամեն ինչ հանգիստ է: Պարոն Փաշինյան, ինչո՞ւ չես անդրադառնում Ալիեւի հայտարարություններին, ինչու չես հակադարձում, ոչ դու, ոչ քո արտաքին գործերի նախարարը վերջին ամինսրեին պատշաճ կերպով չեն հետեւել ադրբեջականան քարոզչությանը եւ չեն արձագանքում դրանց»,- ասաց նա:

 

Նշենք, որ երեկ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյբուքյան ուղիղ եթերով հայտարարել էր, որ ինչքան էլ տարօրինակ լինի, բայց բանակցային գործընթացում դրական դինամիկա կա:
