«ՀուԶանք ու Զանգ» ներկայացման համար հատկացվել է 2,7 մլն դրամ դրամաշնորհ․ ԿԳՄՍՆ
SOCIETY2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ին կայացած «ՀուԶԱՆՔ ու Զանգ» ներկայացման համար Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարարության 2019թ․-ի բյուջեից հատկացվել է 2,7 մլն դրամ։
Նախարարությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ «2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ին կայացած «ՀուԶԱՆՔ ու Զանգ» ներկայացման հայտը սույն թվականի հուլիսին ներկայացվել է դրամաշնորհների համար ստեղծված մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովին։ Հանձնաժողովը մրցութային դրամաշնորհների համար հատկացվող 2019 թվականի տարեկան բյուջեից 2,7 միլիոն դրամ հատկացրել է այս նախագծին (ներառյալ բոլոր հարկերն ու տուրքերը)՝ որպես փորձարարական ծրագիր, որը ներկայացնելու էր պոեզիայի` ժամանակակից ընթերցանության բեմադրում (Եղիշե Չարենց, Ազատ Վշտունի, Գևորգ Աբով և այլն), ինչի մասին նշված է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ հետ կնքված պայմանագրում։
Սույն դրամաշնորհը կազմում է ՝ 2019 թվականի տարեկան 903 միլիոն դրամ բյուջեի 0,3%-ը: Որքանով են ներկայացման հետ կապված մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի սպասելիքներն արդարացել, կիմանանք, երբ կազմակերպիչները սահմանված կարգով կներկայացնեն ոչ ֆինանսական և ֆինանսական արդյունքները։ Այնուամենայնիվ, հայտնում ենք, որ այս բեմադրության առիթով նախարարությանը վերագրվող տարաբնույթ մեղադրանքներն անընդունելի են և դիտարկվում են որպես հանրային կարծիքի շահադիտական կառավարման դրսևորումեր»:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ նոյեմբերի 2-ին, Հանրապետության հրապարակի մետրոյի մոտ այս պահին ընթացող «ՀուԶանք ու Զանգ» ներկայացման ընթացքում, որն ուղեկցվում էր մի քանի անձանց «ամոթ,ամոթ» վանկարկումներով, միջադեպ էր գրանցվել: Մի երիտասարդ՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյան անունով, փորձել էր շշով «զելյոնկա» լցնել ներկայացման մասնակիցների վրա: Նա հայտարարում էր, որ «սատանիստների» վրա է լցնելու զելյոնկան: Ոստիկանները նրան բերման էին ենթարկել:
Նշենք, որ ըստ կազմակերպիչների «ՀուԶանք ու Զանգը» կատարողական արվեստի նախագիծ է, որը սինթեզում է ժամանակակից պարն ու պոեզիայի ռիթմը։
Ներկայացումը 1920-ական թվականների ֆուտուրիզմ պոեզիայի (Կարա Դարվիշ, Գեւորգ Աբով, Ազատ Վշտունի) հետազոտական/էքսպերիմենտալ վերընթերցումն է՝ Լիլիթ Պետրոսյանի հեղինակային պոեզիայի միջամտություններով եւ Հասմիկ Թանգյանի ապագայամետ շարժման աշխարհագրությամբ։
Ըստ կազմակերպիչների՝ «Հուզանք ու զանգը» հարցականի տակ է դնում կնոջ պահվածքի, խոսելու եւ շարժվելու ձեւի հանրային ընկալումը։ Ներկայացումը հղացվել է այս ընթացքում Երեւանում գտնվող գերմանացի վիզուալ եւ պերֆորմանս արվեստագետ Լինդա Նադջիի հետ համագործակցությամբ։ Նախագիծը իրականացվում է ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարարության աջակցությամբ։
