Ապրիլյան պատերազմի մասնակից, «Դիրքապահ» ՀԿ նախագահ Մանուել Մանուկյանը հնարավոր է  վարձը չվճարելու պատճառով դուրս մնա համալսարաններից, որտեղ որ ընդունվել է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին պատմեց Մանուելը` նշելով, որ ընդունվել է ԵՊՀ` Միջազգային հարաբերությունների եւ ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի` Կառավարման բաժինների մագիստրատուրան:

«Ընդունված համալսարաններում ասացին, որ որպես Ապրիլյանի մասնակից ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցումը առաջին կիսամյակից հետո կլինի` ՄՈԳ-ի արդյունքներով: Բայց հիմա եթե չվճարեմ, դուրս կմնամ համալսարաններից: Գոնե նախնական պետք է ամեն բուհում 100 հազար դրամ վճարեմ, որ հրամանագրեն ինձ»,-ասաց նա:

Մանուելը նշեց, որ ԳԱԱ-ում ուսման վարձը 450 հազար դրամ է, իսկ ԵՊՀ-ում`  520 հազար դրամ:

Ապրիլյանի մասնակիցն ասաց, որ դիմել է նաեւ վարչապետի տիկին Աննա Հակոբյանի «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամին, սակայն իրեն ասել են, որ իրենք նման ծրագրերով չեն զբաղվում, ուսման վարձ չեն փոխհատուցում, սակայն  տրամադրել են մի շարք այլ բարեգործական հիմնադրամների կոնտակտներ եւ հորդորել դիմել դրանց:

«Մի քանի այլ հիմնադրամի էլ եմ դիմել, որոշների էլ չեմ դիմել, ուղղակի գիտեմ, որ Սորոս-մորոսական են, չեմ էլ ցանկանում, որ ինբձ օգնեն»,- ասաց նա: Մանուել Մանուկյանը հավելեց, որ որպես Ապրիլյնաի մասնակից էլ, որոշակի խնդիրներ էլ կան ուսման վարձերը փոխհատուցելու հետ կապված, քանի որ իր զինգրքույկում գրած է մասնակցել է մարտական հերթապահության, որի դեպքում վարձը չի փոխհատուցվում:

«Այս հարցո մենք դիմել ենք Փաշինյանին, խոսել ենք այդ թեմայով, տեսնենք` ինչ կլինի»,-ասաց նա:
