Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 2-ին, մարտաֆիլմ հիշեցնող սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել. ժամը 09:15-ի սահմաններում «Գավառ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել 2 քաղաքացի, որոնցից մեկը գիտակցության չգալով՝ մահացել է:
Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ, ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Նորատուս գյուղի բնակիչ, 40-ամյա Գագիկ Հակոբյանն էր, իսկ վիրավորը նրա համագյուղացի, 56-ամյա Արևշատ Ղազարյանը:
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նշված անձինք հրազենային վնասվածքները ստացել են Երևան-Սևան-Մարտունի ավտոճանապարհի՝ Նորատուս գյուղի՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի Արծվաքարի հատվածում՝ դեպի Գավառ տանող ճանապարհին:
Դեպքի վայրում քննիչները հայտնաբերել են УАЗ մակնիշի 31 ԼՏ 878 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենա, որի վրա կան կրակոցի բազմաթիվ հետքեր: Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել է նաև ինքնաձիգից արձակված 5 պարկուճ:
Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ տեղում արձակվել է 20-ից ավելի կրակոց:
Փաստի առթիվ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված քաղաքացիներն ասում էին, որ սպանվածը տարիներ առաջ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի մոտ կրակոցներ էր արձակել դատական նիստի նպատակով դատարանի բակում հավաքված Գեղարքունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Հակոբյանի տղայի սպանության գործով ներկա գտնվող անձանց ուղղությամբ, երբ տեղեկացվել էր, որ այնտեղ իր հորը ծեծի են ենթարկել: Հավաքվածները նշում էին նաև, որ այսօրվա կրակոցը, հնարավոր է, վրեժխնդրություն լինի:
