Չնայած Հայաստանի ղեկավարության հստակ դիրքորոշմանը՝ ՀԿ-ները, օգտագործելով «դրսից կերակրվող» զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցները, փորձում են պառակտում մտցնել ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններում։ Ընդ որում՝ ակնհայտ է, որ նրանք չեն կարող չգիտակցել, թե ինչ աղետալի հետեւանքներ կարող են հաջորդել նրանց առաջադրած մոտեցումներին Ռուսաստանի հետ սերտ կապերի վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին ասվում է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության մամուլի ծառայության մեկնաբանությունում՝ հանրապետություն ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուի այցի արդյունքների հիման վրա։

 

«Այս առնչությամբ  իրավացի հարց է առաջանում. ինչո՞ւ ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների խնդիրները քննարկում են ոչ թե ռուսաստանցիներն ու հայերը, այլ Արեւմուտքից ֆինանսավորվող ՀԿ-ներն ու ԶԼՄ-ները։ Ի՞նչ նպատակ են հետապնդում հանրապետությունում ռուսական զորակազմի տեղակայման կործանարար հետեւանքների մասին բազմաթիվ «անկախ» հետազոտությունների հեղինակները, եւ ի վերջո, ո՞ւմ է ձեռնտու երկու պետությունների պատմական կապերի խզումը։ Միանշանակ կարելի է ասել մի բան. դրանում շահագրգռված չեն գլխավոր մասնակիցները՝ Ռուսաստանը եւ Հայաստանը»,- ընդծված է Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության մամուլի ծառայության մեկնաբանությունում։ Դրանում նաեւ նշվում է, որ ներկայում ռուս-հայկական բազմադարյա հարաբերությունները, չնայած մի շարք խնդրահարույց հարցերին, շարունակում են հետեւողականորեն զարգանալ, մատնանշվում է հայկական կողմից Սերգեյ Շոյգուի այցի շրջանակում երկկողմ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության ընդլայնման մասին համաձայնագրի ձեռքբերման մասին։ «Միեւնույն ժամանակ, հայկական կողմը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Ռուսաստանին արտոնյալ պայմանների եւ ֆինանսական աջակցության համար նորագույն սպառազինությունների եւ ռազմատեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման հարցում, ինչպես նաեւ Սիրիայում Հայաստանի մարդասիրական առաքելության անցկացմանը ցուցաբերված օգնության համար»,- նշվում է մեկնաբանությունում։
