Աննա Հակոբյանը ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալին ներկայացրել է «Կանայք հանուն խաղաղության» նախաձեռնության նպատակը

ՀՀ վարչապետի տիկին, ‹‹Իմ քայլը›› եւ  ‹‹City of smile/ժպիտների քաղաք›› բարեգործական հիմնադրամների հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Աննա Հակոբյանը հոկտեմբերի 29-ին հանդիպել է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի քաղաքական եւ խաղաղության ամրապնդման հարցերով տեղակալ Ռոզմարի Դի Կարլոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպմանը ներկա են գտնվել Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգող Շոմբի Շարփն ու ‹‹Իմ քայլը›› հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Հովհաննես Ղազարյանը։

 

Տիկին Դի Կարլոն հետաքրքրվել է Աննա Հակոբյանի  ‹‹Կանայք հանուն խաղաղության›› նախաձեռնությունից եւ խնդրել ներկայացնել մանրամասներ։ Աննա Հակոբյանը պատմել է, որ  նախաձեռնության մեկնարկը տրվել է 2018 թվականին, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընտրվեց վարչապետ։

 

«Իմ ելույթներում բազմիցս ասել եմ, որ 2016 թվականի Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ երկու կողմերն էլ ունեցան զոհեր եւ նրանց գերակշոռ մասը 18-20 տարեկան ժամկետային զինծառայողներ էին։ Այդ օրերին ես «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիրն էի, անընդհատ հետեւում էի լուրերին, կարդում էի հոդվածներ։ Դա շատ բարդ էր ինձ համար որպես մայր, որպես կին, եւ երբ իմ ամուսինն ընտրվեց վարչապետ, ես հասկացա, որ չեմ կարող ոչինչ չանել, որովհետեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունն ամեն վայրկյան կարող է վերսկսվել եւ հակառակորդ կողմը կարող է էսկալացիայի ենթարկել իրադրությունը։

 

«Կանայք հանուն նախաձեռնության» արշավը կանանց կոչն է հակամարտության հարցում որոշում կայացնողներին երբեք չսկսել պատերազմ եւ փորձել հակամարտությունը կարգավորել ոչ թե պատերազմի, բռնության, մարդկային կյանքերի գնով, այլ բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ։ Եվ ես կոչ եմ անում այլ երկրների առաջին տիկիններին, հատկապես Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարի տիկնոջը միանալ այս նախաձեռնությանը, քանի որ միասին մեր ձայնն ավելի ազդեցիկ կլինի։ Մենք չենք ներգրավվում հակամարտության  կարգավորման մանրամասների մեջ: Այս նախաձեռնությունը բացառապես խաղաղության եւ մարդկային կյանքեր պահպանելու մասին է։ Ես հավատում եմ, որ հնարավոր է անգամ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նման բարդ հակամարտությունը կարգավորել բացառապես բանակցությունների միջոցով››,- ասել է Աննա Հակոբյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ նախաձեռնությունը չի սահմանափակվում միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությամբ։ Վարչապետի տիկինը պատմել է, որ վերջին շաբաթներին անընդհատ հետեւել է Սիրիայում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին եւ մտածել, թե ինչպես հուշել Թուրքիայի նախագահի տիկնոջը, որպեսզի նա էլ իր երկրում խաղաղության կոչ անի։ Աննա Հակոբյանը նշել է, որ նախաձեռնությանը միանալու ուղիղ կոչով չի դիմել Ադրբեջանի նախագահին եւ վերջինս էլ ուղիղ կոչով չի արձագանքել, սակայն  այս տարվա ապրիլին, երբ ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում ‹‹Կանայք հանուն խաղաղության›› նախաձեռնության մասին ելույթ էր ունեցել, տիկին Մեհրիբան Ալիեւան հաջորդ օրերին հանդիպել էր պատերազմի վետերանների հետ եւ իր հայտարարության մեջ նշել, որ Արցախի յուրաքանչյուր գյուղում պետք է դնել Ադրբեջանի դրոշը։  ‹‹Ես համոզված եմ, որ որքան շատ ազդեցիկ կանայք միանան այս նախաձեռնությանը, այնքան մեր ձայնն ավելի բարձր ու լսելի կլինի››,-ասել է Աննա Հակոբյանը, ինչին ի պատասխան տիկին Դի Կարլոն հաջողություն է մաղթել նախաձեռնությանը՝ շեշտելով որ այն հրաշալի գաղափար է։

 

Հանդիպմանը Աննա Հակոբյանը պատմել է նաեւ իր ղեկավարած ‹‹Իմ քայլը›› եւ ‹‹City of smile/Ժպիտների քաղաք›› բարեգործական հիմնադրամների գործունեության մասին, ներկայացրել երկու հիմնադրամների կատարած աշխատանքները։

 

Հանդիպումից հետ Աննա Հակոբյանը ներկա է գտնվել ՄԱԿ-ի օրվան նվիրված տոնակատարությանը։
