Անտառահատման դեմ պայքարի՝ հայտարարված խստացումը անտառներով հարուստ մարզերում լուրջ խնդիրների առջև է կանգնեցրել բնակչությանը։ Անշուշտ, ապօրինի անտառահատման դեմ պայքարել պետք է, անշուշտ, անտառները պահպանելն անհրաժեշտ է:

Կառավարությունը այս հարցը որոշակի մեղմելու համար ընտրել է արտաքուստ այլընտրանքային միջոց, որը, սակայն, արդյունավետ չէ. թույլատրվում է հավաքել, այսպես կոչված, «հնուկները»: 

Նախատեսվել է յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի տրամադրել 8 խորանարդ մետր փայտ ձեռք բերելու կտրոն՝ 8 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ, սակայն խոսքը անտառի անհասանելի հատվածների մասին է, որտեղ որևէ տեխնիկա անզոր է բարձրանալ, և չկա ոչ մի նպաստավոր պայման փայտի հավաքման համար։ 

Բնակիչներից մեկը զայրույթով նշել է, որ «նախ՝ 8 մետրով չենք կարա սաղ ձմեռ յոլա գնալ, իսկ փետն էլ ընենց տեղեր են, որ մինչև տուն հասցնելը կարժենա 20 հազար դրամ»։ Ստացվում է, որ մարդիկ ձմռանն ընդառաջ լուրջ խնդրի առաջ են կանգնած, և չի բացառվում, որ խնդրի հետ կապված դիմեն ծայրահեղ քայլերի։
