Ինչո՞ւ է գյուղատնտեսությունը անկում գրանցել. Փաշինյանը խոսեց դրա պատճառներից եւ մի լավ լուր հայտնեց
ECONOMICSՄենք խնդիրներ ունենք գյուղատնտեսության ցուցանիշների հետ կապված. այս տարվա 10 ամիսների արդյունքով գյուղատնտեսության համախառն արտադրանքի ծավալը նվազել է 4,8 տոկոսով: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 28-ին, ԱԺ ֆինանսաբյուջետային հանձնաժողովում 2020 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ իր խոսքում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Նա այս առնչությամբ խոսեց մի նրբության մասին. «Դուք գիտեք, որ Հայաստանում կոնյակի սպիրտի ներկրման հետ կապված որոշակի խնդիր ենք ունեցել. կոնյակի սպիրտ է ներկրվել Հայաստան երկար տարիներ, որը տեղավորելու համար ցույց են տրվել խաղողի մթերման ոչ այնքան հավաստի ցուցանիշներ: Հիմա այդ մեխանիզմը փակված է եւ խաղողի մթերման ծավալներն ավելի ճշգրիտ են արտահայտվում:
Բայց գյուղատնտեսության հետ կապված նաեւ լավ լուր ունենք. 10 ամսվա նախնական օպերատիվ տվյալներով մենք ունենք բուսական ծագման գյուղմթերքի արտահանման 15 տոկոս աճ եւ կենդանական ծագման գյուղմթերքի 3,3 տոկոս արտահանման աճ»,-ասաց վաևրչապետը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանում տնտեսությունը շարունակում է ունենալ շատ լավ տրամադրություն. «Վերջին տարիներին տնտեսագիտության գլոբալ տրենդն այնպիսին է, որ մարդկանց տնտեսական վարքագիծը համարվում է տնտեսագիտական հիմնական գործոն: Այսինքն հավասարումները, բանաձեւերը իրենց տեղը որոշակիորեն զիջել են հանրության տրամադրությանը: Ես ուզում եմ արձանագրել, որ մեր երկրում տնտեսական բավականին բարձր տրամադրություն կա»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
