Գնդեւազում խուլիգանության գործով 3 կալանավորվածներն ազատ են արձակվել

Վայոց ձորի մարզի Գնդեւազ գյուղում օգոստոսի 24-ին տեղի ունեցած խուլիգանության դեպքի գործով կալանավորված 3 քաղաքացիների խափանման միջոցը փոխվել է, նրանք ազատ են արձակվել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց բնապահպան Շիրակ Բունիաթյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ 2 կալանավորվածների խափանման միջոցը փոխվել է գրավի կիրառմամբ, մյուսն էլ ազատ է արձակվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Գնդևազ գյուղում մի խումբ անձանց կողմից 57-ամյա տղամարդուն ծեծի ենթարկելու մասին 2019թ. օգոստոսի 25-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով կատարված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2019թ. օգոստոսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, Ջերմուկ համայնքի Գնդեվազ բնակավայրում «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերության կողմից Ամուլսարի ոսկու հանքավայրի շահագործման դեմ բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող մի խումբ անձինք Գնդեվազ գյուղի կենտրոնական հատվածում բարձր գոռալով մի քանի անգամ վանկարկել են «Ամուլսարը մերն է, Ամուլսարը հանք չի դառնա» արտահայտությունը: Մոտակայքում գտնվող 57-ամյա տղամարդը դիտողություն է արել՝ պահանջելով գիշերային ժամին չգոռգոռալ ու չխանգարել մարդկանց հանգիստը, որից հետո Ջերմուկ քաղաքի 24-ամյա բնակիչը, ցավագին ընդունելով դիտողությունը, հարձակվել է 57-ամյա տղամարդու վրա եւ հարվածելով վայր գցել նրան: Այնուհետեւ իրենց անձի առավելությունն ընդգծելու մոլուցքով տարված, խուլիգանական դրդումներով, Ջերմուկ քաղաքի 24 եւ 22-ամյա բնակիչները ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ են հասցրել նրան, որից հետո նրանց խուլիգանական գործողություններին են միացել նաեւ նրանց ընկերները: Լսելով աղմուկի ձայները՝ նրանց է մոտեցել 57-ամյա տղամարդու եղբայրը, ով փորձել է հանդարտեցնել նրանց, որի ընթացքում վայր է ընկել ու աջ ականջի շրջանում ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 24-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ:
Ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձերբակալվել է Ջերմուկ քաղաքի եւս երկու բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1993թ․ եւ 1997 թ.՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված արարք կատարելու կասկածանքով:
