Դատավոր Արթուր Ավագյանի մասնակցությամբ միջադեպի վերաբերյալ կատարվում են ուսումնասիրություններ. ԲԴԽ
SOCIETY ՀՀ վարչական դատարանի դատավոր Արթուր Ավագյանի մասնակցությամբ միջադեպի վերաբերյալ մամուլում տարածված տեղեկության մասին Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդն իրազեկված է, այժմ կատարվում են համապատասխան ուսումնասիրություններ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի աշխատակազմի մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունը:
«Վստահ ենք, որ դեպքի մասնակիցները կդրսևորեն պետական ծառայողին հարիր զուսպ վարքագիծ՝զերծ մնալով դեպքի առնչությամբ ցանկացած հայտարարությունից: ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչներին կոչ ենք անում այս փուլում ձեռնպահ մնալ կատարվածի վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներ և մեկնաբանություններ անելուց, մինչև կճշտվեն միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները»։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ հոկտեմբերի 26-ին արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության 9-11 խումբը դեպքի վայր գնալիս լուսային փարոսիկները միացրած՝ «Առինջ մոլ»-ի մոտ ճանապարհ է խնդրել Mazda մակնիշի 12 NN 021 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդից, սակայն վարորդը դուրս է եկել ավտոմեքենայից, հարձակվել իրենց մասնագիտական աշխատանքը կատարող փրկարարների վրա և ձեռքին եղած զենքի նմանվող առարկան ուղղել նրանց ուղղությամբ։
Մինչ ոստիկանները կհայտնաբերեին ավտոմեքենան, ժամեր անց ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին է ներկայացել Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 35-ամյա Արթուր Ավագյանը և հայտնել, որ Mazda մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան վարել է ինքը և այդ միջադեպի ժամանակ իր մոտ եղել է «Բրունի 84» տիպի ատրճանակ, սակայն ինքը որևէ մեկի վրա այն չի ուղղել և ոչ մեկի չի սպառնացել։
