Գլոբալ առումով Նիկոլի իշխանությունը մեծագույն ցանկության և ստանձնած պարտավորությունների պարագայում մինչ այս պահը չի հանդգնում բացել Ամուլսարի ճանապարհները, քանի որ հոյակապ գիտի, թե ոնց ա կազմաքանդել ոստիկանությունը: Այս մասին իր ֆեյբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը:
«Գլոբալ առումով Նիկոլի իշխանությունը մեծագույն ցանկության և ստանձնած պարտավորությունների պարագայում մինչ այս պահը չի հանդգնում բացել Ամուլսարի ճանապարհները, քանի որ հոյակապ գիտի, թե ոնց ա կազմաքանդել ոստիկանությունը ու այդ պարագայում չունի որևէ վստահություն, որ տեղական լուրջ դիմադրության դեպքում ներկայիս ուժային կառույցները իրենց պատրաստվածությամբ ի զորու են դա անել։ Սա Սերժի ժամանակների ոստիկանությունը չի, որը իշխանափոխությանը նախորդող անգամ մինչև վերջին օրը ընդունակ էր համապատասխան հրամանի դեպքում ուժային կոշտ միջոցներով չեզոքացնելու իշխանության դեմ բողոքի ալիքը։ Սա Նիկոլի իշխանության ժամանակ լիովին կազմաքանդված ոստիկանությունն է, ու հենց այդ մասին էր այս իշխանություններին հրաժարականից առաջ ուղիղ տեքստով ասել Վալերի Օսիպյանը, որը ոչ թե պատրաստ չէր իրականացնելու այդ օպերացիան, այլ ընդամենը զգուշացրել էր, որ ներկայիս ոստիկանությունը անգամ մեծ ցանկության դեպքում կարող ա չկարողանա դա պատշաճ իրականացնելու։ Նիկոլը մեկ ու կես տարում հասցրել է այնպես կազմաքանդել ուժային կառույցները, որը գլաբալ առումով ներկայումս ինքն է մնացել անպաշտպան։ Ցանկացած կայծից ճիշտ կերպով կազմակերպված հրդեհը ընդունակ են կոլապսի ենթարկելու ոչ միայն ուժային կառույցներն, այլ մեխանիկորեն կազմաքանդելու ներկայիս իշխանական ամորֆ և հեղհեղուկ բուրգը։ Ներկայումս շատ ավելի քիչ կողմանակիցներով գրագետ կազմակերպված ուժը ընդունակ է շատ ավելի արագ կերպով իրականացնելու այն, ինչ Նիկոլը իրականացրեց 2018 ապրիլին։ Իհարկե, թեորեթիկ կերպով Նիկլոը կփորձի հիմա վերականգնելու ոստիկանության ռեսուրսները, սակայն դա ֆեյքերի արդյունավետ կառավարում չի, դրա համար լուրջ գիտելիքներ, թիմ ու կամք ա պետք, որը եթե լիներ, հաստատապես իմաստ չուներ կազմաքանդելու ոստիկանությունը․ գրագետ ռեֆորմների դեպքում այն կարելի էր վերածել շատ օրինակելի ու արդյունավետ գործող կառույցի։ Որից կշահեր և պետությունը, և ժողովուրդը․․․»,- գրել է նա:
