«Առաջին լրատվական»-ի տեղեկություններով ժամեր առաջ Նորք Մարաշում հայտնաբերված և զինաթափված ահաբեկչական խմբի մեջ սփյուռքահայեր են եղել։ Բացի դա, նույն տեղեկությունների համաձայն ահաբեկչական գործողություններ նախապատրաստող հանցախումբը առնչություն ունի գործող քաղաքական ուժերից մեկի հետ։Որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ վնասազերծվածները զինված էին ժամանակակից զինամթերքով ու պայթուցիկներով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 25-ին, ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և նույն ծառայության հակաահաբեկչական (Ալֆա) վարչության և Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցները, իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները, Երևանում կանխել են լուրջ և մեծ հանցագործություն:
