Ակցիա՝ դատարանի դիմաց․ Արսեն Բաբայանի աջակիցները սպասում են որոշման հրապարակմանը (ուղիղ)
SOCIETYԵրևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի բակում այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 24-ին, ԱԺ աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի նախկին տեղակալ Արսեն Բաբայանի աջակիցները ակցիա են իրականացնում։
Քիչ անց կհրապարկվի Արսեն Բաբայանի խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ որոշումը։
Նշենք, որ Արսեն Բաբայանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդության, ինչպես նաև Բաբայանին ձերբակալելու որոշման դեմ նրա պաշտպանների ներկայացրած բողոքի քննությունը երեկ ավարտվել էր։ Դատական ակտերը կհրապարակվեն այսօր՝ ժամը 12:00-ին։
Հիշեցնենք` Բաբայանը ձերբակալվել է հոկտեմբերի 21–ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելը) նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով: Հաջորդ օրը ՀՔԾ–ն Արսեն Բաբայանին մեղադրանք առաջադրեց ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-300-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (իշխանության յուրացման օժանդակելը) եւ 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին (պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելը) մասով նախատեսված այն հանցավոր արարքների կատարման համար, որ նա, 2018 թվականին հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալի պաշտոնակատար, օժանդակել է մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանի լիազորություններին տիրանալուն, ինչպես նաեւ կատարել է պաշտոնեական կեղծիք: Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Բաբայանը խեղաթյուրել է Գագիկ Հարությունյանի դիմումն իրականում 2018 թվականի մարտի 5-ին ԱԺ մուտք լինելու հանգամանքը, մուտքագրման ամսաթիվը նշելով 2018 թվականի մարտի 2-ը։ Այս եղանակով Արսեն Բաբայանը պայմաններ՝ կեղծ հիմքեր է ստեղծել Սահմանադրական դատարանի լիազորություններին տիրանալու նպատակով ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանի՝ 2018 թվականի մարտի 2-ին ստորագրած ՍԴ նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանի հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացնելու մասին հայտարարությունը հրապարակելու համար, որն էլ իր հերթին հիմք է հանդիսացել վերջինիս լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու, իսկ հետագայում` այդ թափուր պաշտոնում Հրայր Թովմասյանին առաջադրելու ու նշանակելու գործընթացի համար:
