Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները փայլուն են, որ Արցախի հարցում ինքը պետք է բերի իր նոր հայեցակարգը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 22-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
«Մենք այդպես էլ իր հայեցակարգը չտեսանք, թե որն է իր հայեցակարգը, որ ոչ Տեր-Պետրոսյանի, ոչ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, ոչ էլ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայեցակարգի շարունակությունը չէ: Միգուցե դա Ալիեւին կիրթ եւ նորմալ համարելն է կամ Դուշանբեի վերելակում մութ պայմանավորվածությունների ձեռք բերումը: Բայց մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ առաջին անգամ մեր դաշնակից երկիրը իր ԱԳ նախարար Լավրովի շուրթերով «Վալդայի» ակումբում ուղիղ մեղադրանք է հնչեցնում բանակցությունները ապակառուցողական հուն տանելու համար ՀՀ ղեկավարությանը: Նախկին երեք նխագահների շրջանում համանախագահ որեւէ երկրի ԱԳ նախարար ՀՀ իշխանությունների հասցեին ուղիղ նման մեղադրանք չի հնչեցրել»,-ասաց Շարմազանովը:
Նա հավելեց, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո համանախագահների եւ հայկական կողմերի պնդմամբ առաջացավ Վիեննայի եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի օրակարգը, որը դեղին քարտ էր Արդբեջանին ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու համար: Այդ ժամանակ մենք ունենինք կոնսենսուս մինուս մեկ: Այսինքն համանախագահներ պյուս հայկական կողմեր մինուս Ադրբեջան: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «հորով-մորով» արեց Ժնեւի, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի, Վիեննայի օրակարգը, դա այլեւս չկա: Դրանից հետո եկավ Միլանի հայտարարությունը, որտեղ կա «արդար լուծում» բառակապակցությունը, եւ բացակայում է ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի թեզը: «Արդար լուծումը» այստեղ մի ձեւ ենք հասկանում, Ադրբեջանում ապրողները՝ լրիվ այլ բան:
Եթե ապրիլյան պատերամից հետո բոլորը մեղադրում էին Ադրբեջանին, այդ թվում ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Բորդյուժան նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները սադրանք՝ են Հայաստանի հանդեպ, երբ ռուս համանախագահ Մերզլյակովը ուղիղ նշեց, որ Արցախը վաղ թե ուշ պետք է վերադառնա բանակցային սեղան, այսօր մենք տեսանք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունից հետո համանախագահ երկրները դեղին քարտ ցույց տվեցին Փաշինյանին, իսկ Սերգեյ Լավրովը արդեն ուղիղ տեքստով մեղադրանք հնչեցրեց ՀՀ իշխանության հասցեին՝ բանակցությունները ապակառուցողական հուն տանելու մեջ: Սա քարտ-բլանշ է Ադրբեջանին եւ սրա մեղավորը այսօրվա իշխանություններն են»,-իր խոսքն ամփոփեց Շարմազանովը:
