SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ ապօրինի շինություն մուտք գործած և գողություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019թ. օգոստոսի 13-ին՝ ժամը 03:35-ի սահմաններում անհայտ անձինք, գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարելու նախնական դիտավորությամբ, տեխնիկական միջոցների գործադրմամբ բացել են Երևան քաղաքի Կոմիտասի պողոտայում գործող հագուստների վաճառակետի սրահի դուռը և գաղտնի հափշտակել են դրամարկղում առկա գումարը, «Լենովո» ապրանքանիշի համակարգիչը՝ ընդհանուր պատճառելով զգալի չափերով գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ 13.08.19թ.-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ հատկանիշներով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է դեպքի վայրի տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունը, որտեղ երևում են առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք:
Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսապատկերված անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Ովքեր ճանաչում են տեսապատկերված անձանց, կամ որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրանց ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
