Կրթությունն ու մշակույթը՝ Հայաստան-ԵՄ համագործակցության համատեքստում․ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարն ընդունել է ԵՄ ներկայացուցչին

ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն այսօր ընդունել է ԵՄ կրթության, երիտասարդության, սպորտի եւ մշակույթի հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրեն Թեմիս Քրիստոֆիդոուի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է այն հիմնական ուղենիշները, որոնք ընկած են ոլորտային բարեփոխումների հիմքում։ Նախարարի խոսքով, կրթական ոլորտում հիմնաքարային է ներառականության սկզբունքը, քանի որ կրթությունը պետք է բոլորի համար հասանելի լինի։ Մեկ այլ կարեւոր ուղղություն է տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառումը կրթական գործընթացում, եւ նախարարությունը հետեւողական աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում արհեստական բանականության գործիքները համակարգում ներդնելու նպատակով։

Անդրադառնալով կանանց ներգրավվածության հարցին՝ նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ հատկապես STEM առարկաների տեսանկյունից Հայաստանն առաջատար դիրքերում է, քանի որ տարեցտարի ավելի շատ  կին ներկայացուցիչներ են նախընտրում այդ ուղղությունը, ի տարբերություն համաշխարհային միտումների։

Ա. Հարությունյանը կարեւորել  է նախարարության նախաձեռնած՝ նախադպրոցական կրթության, ինչպես նաեւ բարձրագույն կրթության ու գիտության մասին օրենքների փոփոխությունները, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան առաջիկա տարիներին ապահովել նախակրթարաններում երեխաների շուրջ 70 տոկոսի ընդգրկվածությունը եւ հետազոտական գործունեությունը եւ գիտությունը վերադարձնել բուհեր։

ԵՄ կրթության, երիտասարդության, սպորտի եւ մշակույթի հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրեն Թեմիս Քրիստոֆիդոուն ողջունել է բարեփոխումների՝ նախարարության տեսլականը եւ նշել, որ այն խնդիրները, որոնց բախվում է Հայաստանի կրթության համակարգը, առկա են նաեւ ԵՄ երկրներում եւ դրանք հնարավոր է լուծել համագործակցության ճանապարհով։

Թեմիս Քրիստոֆիդոուն, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ բուհերի միջազգայնացման եւ գիտության զարգացման ոլորտներում Հայաստանի եւ ԵՄ միջեւ առկա են գործակցության բազմաթիվ հնարավորություններ, եւ ընդգծել՝ շատ կարեւոր է, որ այնպիսի ծրագրերը, ինչպիսին է օրինակ Մարի Կյուրիի անվան կրթաթոշակային ծրագիրը, շահառուների հնարավորինս լայն շրջանակ ընդգրկեն։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաեւ մշակույթի ոլորտին։ Նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ընդգծել է կրթության եւ մշակույթի փոխկապակցվածության կարեւորությունը, եւ պատմել Հայաստանում իրականացվող այնպիսի կրթամշակութային ծրագրերի մասին, ինչպիսիք են Դպրոցական աբոնեմենտային համակարգը, «Քո արվեստը դպրոցում» եւ «ԴասA» նախագծերը։ Ի պատասխան՚ ԵՄ կրթության, երիտասարդության, սպորտի եւ մշակույթի հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրենը նշել է, որ այս ասպարեզում Հայաստանի ունեցած ձեռքբերումներն անվիճելի են։
