Հոկտեմբերի 21-ից մեքենաների մաքսային ձևակերպումներն իրականացվելու են Գյումրիում

ՀՀ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ 2019 թ. հոկտեմբերի 21-ից հայ-վրացական սահմանով ինքնաշարժ եղանակով ՀՀ ներմուծվող 8703 ապրանքային խմբին դասվող ավտոմեքենաների համար ТТ ИМ տեսակի տարանցման հայտարարագիր լրացնելիս որպես նշանակման մաքսային մարմին և նշանակման վայր սահմանվելու է Գյումրի քաղաքում տեղակայված Հյուսիսային մաքսատուն-վարչությունը, եթե դրանք չեն տեղափոխվում բեռնարկղով կամ ավտոկրող տրեյլերով, անկախ այդ ավտոմեքենաների արտահանման երկրից: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նման դեպքերում տարանցման ավարտին հաջորդող մաքսային գործառնությունները (ժամանակավոր պահպանություն, ապրանքի կամ ուղևորային հայտարարագրով հայտարարագրում, մաքսային ընթացակարգով կամ որպես անձնական օգտագործման ապրանք բացթողում) իրականացվելու է Հյուսիսային մաքսատուն-վարչությունում: Կոմիտեն միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում է, որ հայ-իրանական սահմանով ինքնաշարժ եղանակով տեղափոխվող ավտոմեքենաները, ներմուծողի ցանկությամբ կարող են հետագա մաքսային ձևակերպումների համար տեղափոխվել Սիսիան քաղաքում տեղակայված Հարավային մաքսատուն-վարչություն կամ Գյումրի քաղաքում տեղակայված մաքսատուն:
Մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում, մասնավորապես՝ բեռնարկղով կամ ավտոկրող տրեյլերով փոխադրվելու դեպքում 2019թ. հոկտեմբերի 21-ից ՀՀ ներմուծվող 8703 ապրանքային խմբին դասվող ավտոմեքենաների համար ТТ ИМ տեսակի տարանցման հայտարարագիր լրացնելիս որպես նշանակման մաքսային մարմին և նշանակման վայր սահմանվելու է տրանսպորտային փաստաթղթերում փոխադրման վերջնակետի մասին տեղեկություններին համապատասխանող, կամ այդպիսի տեղեկությունների բացակայության դեպքում՝ հայտարարատուի նախընտրած մաքսատուն-վարչությունը:
Մինչև 2019 թ. հոկտեմբերի 21-ը «մաքսային տարանցում» ընթացակարգով բաց թողնված 8703 ապրանքային խմբին դասվող ավտոմեքենաների նկատմամբ տարանցման ավարտի, ժամանակավոր պահպանության, ապրանքի կամ ուղևորային հայտարարագրով հայտարարագրման, մաքսային ընթացակարգով կամ որպես անձնական օգտագործման ապրանք բացթողնման հետ կապված մաքսային գործառնություններն իրականացնվելու են տարանցման հայտարարագրում որպես նշանակման մաքսային մարմին՝ նշված մաքսային մարմնում և որպես նշանակման վայր՝ նշված վայրում:
