Երեկ ՀՔԾ-ն հայտարարեց, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորի կողմից ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին ներկայացված հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերով որոշում է կայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով քրեական գործ հարուցելու մասին: 

Խոսքը Հրայր Թովմասյանի՝ ՍԴ դատավոր ընտրվելու մասին է: Քննչական գործողություններ են կատարվել ՀՀԿ-ում ու ՍԴ-ում, ավելին՝ նույնիսկ ԱԱԾ են կանչվել Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի 75-ամյա թոշակառու հայրը և երկու դուստրերը։ 

Սակայն, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները սրանով չեն սահմանափակվելու: 

Հաշվի առնելով, որ օրինական և իրավական հիմքերով չեն կարողանում հասնել Թովմասյանի հրաժարականին, մեր աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, որոշում է կայացվել ամեն գնով նոր քրեական գործ հարուցել նրա նկատմամբ, և ցանկալի է՝ կոռուպցիոն բնույթի մեղադրանքով: 

Սրանով իշխանություններն ուզում են միանգամից մի քանի հարց լուծել. նախ՝ հանրությանը կմատուցեն «կոռուպցիոներ» Հրայր Թովմասյանի կերպար ու կփորձեն վարկաբեկել նրան, և երկրորդ՝ հիմքեր կստեղծեն կալանավորելու, ինչի արդյունքում կկասեցվեն նրա լիազորությունները թե՛ որպես ՍԴ դատավոր, թե՛ որպես ՍԴ նախագահ: 

Այդ նպատակով, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, ներկայումս 4-5 քննչական խումբ է աշխատում Հրայր Թովմասյանի՝ նախկինում պաշտոնավարած բոլոր կառույցներում: 

Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս պահին դեռ ոչինչ չեն գտել, սակայն «վերևից» հստակ հրահանգ կա՝ առավելագույն կարճ ժամկետում գտնել համապատասխան «փաստեր»:
