ECONOMICSՄենք շատ լուրջ արտակարգ իրավիճակ ունենք Սյունիքի մարզում. այնտեղ պոչամբարից աղտոտված ջրերը հոսել են դեպի Ողջի գետ: Այս մասին, կառավարության նիստի սկզբում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը զեկուցեց, որ առավոտյան ժամը 9-ին մարզպետը զանգել, տեղեկացրել է, որ Ողջի գետի գույնը փոխված է, դարչնագույն է, եւ մարզում առկա բոլոր ուժերը մոբիլիզացվել են գնալ, տեղում իրավիճակը հասկանալու համար:
«Մարզի ներկայացուցիչները, ուժային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները գնացել են դեպքի վայր»,-ասաց Պապիկյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս պահին հստակ չի կարող ասել, թե որ կոմբինատի պոչամբարն է, բայց տարածքը ցույց է տալիս, որ այն կարող է լինել Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատինը:
Իր հերթին Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ նապահպանական եւ ընթերքի տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցները առավոտյան եղել են դեպքի վայրում, փորձանմուշները վերցրել են. «Եթե տարածքը ավելի վերեւի գոտում է գտնվում, ապա դա Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատից հնարավոր արտահոսքերն են: Ըստ նախնական տվյալների, վերեւի մասից է, ոչ դե կեսից: Կեսից հնարավոր է, որ Կապանի նախկին կավարտի հանքից արտահոսքեր լինեին»:
Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը նշեց, որ այս պահին դեպքի վայրում քննչական գործողություններ են իրականացվում. «Այնտեղ կա վնասված խողովակի հատված, որի վերականգնման աշխատանքներ են կատարվում: Նախնական տվյալով, այդտեղից է հոսել ջուրը: Կքննարկվի քրգործ հարուցելու հարցը»:
Հարցին անդրադարձավ նաեւ ԱԻ նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը՝ նշելով, որ տերերը թաքուն են պահել, որ նման դեպք է եղել. «Չեն ասել եւ արագ վերականգնման աշխատանքներ են սկսել: Այդ խողովակներն արագ զոդել են: Մերոնք ասացին, որ արդեն վերականգնել են»:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 17-ին, ժամը 08:40-ին «911» ծառայություն տեղեկություն է հաղորդվել, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Ողջի գետը պղտորված է: Պարզվել է, որ վնասվել է Սյունիքի մարզի Ներքին Գիրաթաղ գյուղի մոտակայքում գտնվող կոմբինատի պոչատարը. արտանետումները լցվել են Ողջի գետը:
Մինչ փրկարարների՝ կանչի վայր հասնելը պոչատարի վնասված հատվածը վերականգնվել է:
