Ովքեր են ոստիկանի սպանության և մեկ այլ ոստիկանի ծեծի մեջ կասկածվող եղբայրները, և ի՞նչ է տեղի ունեցել սպանության գիշերը. մանրամասներ

Tert.am-ի տեղեկություններով ՝ այսօր ոստիկանի սպանության և մեկ այլ ոստիկանի մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու մեջ մեղադրվող երիտասարդները մանկատան սաներ են: Տարիներ առաջ նրանք խոշտանգվել են մոր կողմից, ինչից հետո տեղափոխվել են մանկատուն, նրանցից մեկին 7 տարեկան հասակում մայրը դանակահարել է, ինչի համար և դատապարտվել է:

 

 

 

Կասկածյալ Հրաչ Գ.-ի մայրը 7-ամյա որդուն դանակով հարվածել է, ինչի հետևանքով նրա սրտի, ստոծանիի ու ստամոքսի հատվածում վնասվածքներ է ստացել: Այնուհետև մայրը իր մոր հետ իր որդուն տեղափոխել է բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ վիրահատել են, սակայն այդ ընթացքում ևս մեկ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ իր երկու որդիներին խոշտանգելու համար: 2001 թվականին ծնված Սարգիս Գ.-ին և Հրաչ Գ.-ին փայտով, գոտու ճարմանդով, փոկով և տարբեր այլ առարկաներով հարվածներ հասցրել:

 

Նրա որդիների վրա ընդհանուր թվով 58 և 65 սպիներ են հայտնաբերվել:

 

 

 

Ռիտա Գ-ն մեղավոր է ճանաչվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 112-րդ հոդվածի՝ դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնասվածք հասցնելու և ՔՕ-ի 119-րդ հոդվածի՝ ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան տառապանք պատճառելու մեջ և դատապարտվել ազատազրկման հինգ տարի ժամկետով: Այդ դեպքերից հետո որդիներին տեղափոխել են Իջևանի մանկատուն:

 

Tert.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ նրանց տատը Պռոշյանում հայտնի կին է, իսկ որդիների մայրը նրա խորթ աղջիկն է:

 

Եղբայրները հանրապետության տարբեր համայնքներում հայտնի են: «ՍՈՍ» մանկատնից նախ վերադարձել է ավագ եղբայրը, իսկ փոքր եղբայրը վերադարձել է վերջերս։ Համայնքում լռում են երիտասարդների մասին, սակայն որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ նրանք տարբեր հափշտակություններ են արել Հանրապետության տարբեր քաղաքներից, ունեցել են ոչ պատշաճ վարքագիծ նաև մանկատանը։ Տարբեր արարքներով նրանք աչքի են ընկել, այսօրվա դեպքից հետո էլ սովորականի պես հեռացել են դեպքի վայրից, չեն փորձել թաքնվել և հայտնաբերվել են ոստիկանների կողմից:

 

Եղբայրները սովորականի պես դուրս են եկել տնից հերթական գողության հետքերով, այնուհետև կողոպուտից հետո հանդիպել են ոստիկանության ծառայողների խոչընդոտին, նախ փախել են, ապա դիմադրել, այնուհետև նրանցից մեկի զենքով սպանել են մյուս ոստիկանին ու հանգիստ վերադարձել տուն, իրավապահներին չեն ներկայացել: Գիշերը հարևանները տարօրինակ ոչինչ չեն նկատել մինչև ոստիկանների այցը Պռոշյան համայնք:

 

Նշենք, որ դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 238-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Մահացած ոստիկանը՝ Տիգրան Առաքելյանը, Արարատի մարզի Արգավանդ գյուղից էր, երկու անչափահաս երեխա ուներ:
