Ոստիկանները ապօրինի թմրամիջոց պահելու, օգտագործելու եւ իրացնելու կասկածանքով բերման են ենթարկել 3 քաղաքացու։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ոստիկանության լրատվության ծառայությունից։

 

Ոստիկանները Մաշտոցի պողոտայում հայտնաբերեցին ու բերման ենթարկեցին Երեւանի բնակիչ, 19-ամյա մի երիտասարդի։ Կասկածանքը՝ ապօրինի թմրամիջոց պահել, օգտագործել եւ իրացնել։ Նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեց մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգված՝ 7 գրամից ավելի քաշով։

 

 

Հետագա միջոցառումներով՝ Նոր Նորքի քրեական հետախույզները փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերեցին, որ բերման ենթարկվածը թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածը 20․000 դրամով ձեռք է բերել մայրաքաղաքում ապրող 33-ամյա մի տղամարդուց։ Վերջինս եւս հայտնաբերվեց ու բերման ենթարկվեց բաժին։ Նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեցին 10-ից ավելի դարձյալ մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգվածներով փաթեթներ՝ ընդհանուր 65 գրամից ավելի քաշով։

 

Արդյունքում ստացվեցին նոր տեղեկություններ, որ տղամարդու խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերված մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգվածներով փաթեթները, յուրաքանչյուրը 10․000 դրամով, ձեռք է բերել դարձյալ երեւանաբնակ 33-ամյա մի տղամարդուց։ Վերջինս նույնպես հայտնաբերվեց ու բերման ենթարկվեց բաժին։ Դատարանի որոշմամբ, խուզարկվեց նրա ավտոմեքենան։ Հայտնաբերվեցին ընդհանուր 80 գրամից ավելի դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածներ, ինչպես եւ 5 գրամից ավելի քաշով բուսական զանգված։ Բերման ենթարկվածի հայտնածով դրանք մարիխուանա են։

 

Վերջինս թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածները ձեռք է բերել Քանաքեռում ապրող 49-ամյա մի տղամարդուց։ Դատարանի որոշմամբ խուզարկվեց նաեւ նրա տունը։ Հայտնաբերվեցին կանեփի սերմերի նմանվող զանգված, շագանակագույն եւ կանաչավուն հետքերով տարաներ եւ մանրացված-չորացված յուրահատուկ հոտով զանգված՝ 4 գրամից ավելի քաշով։

 

Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ Հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
