ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում ՏԿԵ նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ծանոթացել է «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» (ԲԷՑ) ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից Ասիական զարգացման բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաղորդման ցանցի վերականգնում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում «Ագարակ-2» եւ «Շինուհայր» ենթակայանների վերակառուցման ընթացքին եւ Իրանի արտահանման զարգացման բանկի, ինչպես նաեւ «SUNIR International FZE» ընկերության ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Իրան-Հայաստան 400 կվ երրորդ էլեկտրահաղորդման գիծ եւ համապատասխան ենթակայան» օբյեկտի շինարարության ծրագրի ընթացքին առնչվող մանրամասներին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՏԿԵ-ի լրատվության ծառայությունից։

 

ԲԷՑ ՓԲԸ ներկայացուցիչներն իրազեկելով ծրագրի ընթացքի մասին նշել են, որ նախատեսված է հաջորդական քայլերի միջոցով իրականացնել մի շարք միջոցառումներ՝ ԱԶԲ ծրագրով նախատեսված «Ագարակ-2» եւ «Շինուհայր» ենթակայանների վերակառուցուման աշխատանքներն ավարտին հասցնելու համար:

 

 

Նախարարն ուշադրություն է դարձրել ծրագրերի շրջանակներում առաջացած ընթացիկ խնդիրներին, անդրադարձել է պատվիրատու-կապալառու փոխհարաբերություններին, պայմանագրերով ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարմանը, որոնք վերաբերում են թե՛ կատարված աշխատանքներին, թե՛ մատակարարված սարք-սարքավորումներին:

 

Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ԲԷՑ-ի պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է կազմել լուծումների պարզեցման ճանապարհային քարտեզ՝ ծրագրերի իրականացման ընթացքում առաջացած խնդիրներն անհապաղ եւ արդյունավետ կերպով վերացնելու նպատակով, սահմանելով աշխատանքների կատարման հստակ ժամկետներ, ինչպես նաեւ հետեւողականորեն շարունակել հսկողությունը, որպեսզի բարձրավոլտ երրորդ էլեկտրահաղորդման օդային գծի եւ ենթակայանի («Նորավան») կառուցման շինարարական աշխատանքներն իրականացվեն պատշաճ որակով եւ սահմանված ժամանակացույցին համապատասխան:
