mir24.tv-ն «Խոհարարական գաղտնիքներ. Մոսկվայում անցկացվելու են հայկական խոհանոցի վարպետության դասեր» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Մոսկվայում տեղի է ունենալու «Հայկական մշակույթի աշնանային սեզոնը»՝ զգացմունքների ծով և գույների խռովք: Այն կտևի մինչև դեկտեմբեր: Այդ ընթացքում հնարավոր կլինի ծանոթանալ ազգային երաժշտությանը, նկարչությանը և, իհարկե, խոհանոցին: 

Ծրագիրը նաև ներառում է չորս խոհարարական վարպետության դաս: Խորովածը, տոլման և լավաշը այն են, ինչն ամենից շատն է ասոցացվում հայկական խոհանոցի հետ: Կարծրատիպերը ցրելու համար կազմակերպիչները որոշել են անցկացնել խոհարարական վարպետության դասերի շարք: 

Ըստ «Հայկական մշակույթի աշնանային սեզոնի» կազմակերպիչ Սուրեն Բաղդասարյանի, «հետաքրքրությունը հսկայական է, և խոհարարական վարպետության բոլոր դասերի տոմսերը գնվել են մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում, քանզի հայկականը համեղ է և կշտացնող»: Դասերն անցկացնելու են ոչ թե արհեստավարժ խոհարարները, այլ սիրողական խոհարարից և արհեստավարժ տնային տնտեսուհուց կազմված դուետը: 

Նրանց համար կարևոր է ստեղծել տնական մթնոլորտ: Հայկական խոհանոցը շատ հարուստ է, և հայերը պատրաստում են այն ամենը, ինչը տալիս է բնությունը, գլխավորն է՝ չափը իմանալ: 

Ըստ խահարարական վարպետության դասվար Ալվարդ Բաղդասարյանի, «ամեն ինչ կարելի է օգտագործել, կան անգամ մի քանի թունավոր բույսեր, որոնք կարելի է ուտել, բայց՝ քիչ, այլապես չես կարողանա հեռու գնալ»: Ըստ պատմաբանների, Կովկասի ամենահին խոհանոցը հայկականն է, և հիմա ցանկության դեպքում ծանոթանալ այդ հին բաղադրատոմսերին կարող է ցանկացած մարդ։
