«Փաստ» թերթը տեղեկություններ էր ստացել, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր Ֆելիքս Թոխյանը հեռացվել է Հայ-ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի Սահմանադրական իրավունքի ամբիոնի վարիչի պաշտոնից: 

Համալսարանի մեր աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, Ֆ. Թոխյանին աշխատանքից ազատելու հիմք են հանդիսացել ուսանողների բողոքները, դասերից պարբերաբար բացակայելու հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաև մի քանի այլ գործոններ, որոնք հրապարակման ենթակա չենք համարում: 

Նրա փոխարեն ամբիոնի վարիչ է ընտրվել Արթուր Ղամբարյանը:

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, ռեկտորատի առաջիկա նիստում քննարկվելու է նաև Թոխյանի դասախոսական գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու հարցը. ըստ այդ տեղեկությունների, Ֆելիքս Թոխյանն առաջիկա օրերին կհեռացվի Սլավոնական համալսարանից:

Տեղեկությունը ճշտելու համար դիմեցինք համալսարանի ռեկտոր Արմեն Դարբինյանին, ով մասնավորաբար ասաց. «Ֆելիքս Թոխյանը մեր լավագույն գործընկերն ու ընկերն է, մեր համալսարանում շատ մեծ ներդրում ունի: Նրան համալսարանում բոլորս թե՛ որպես մասնագետ, թե՛ անձնապես շատ բարձր ենք գնահատում: Հաշվի առնելով այդ ամենը` Թոխյանը համալսարանի գիտխորհրդի անդամ է ընտրվել ցկյանս»: 

Ինչ վերաբերում է ամբիոնի վարիչի պաշտոնից ազատվելուն, ապա ըստ Դարբինյանի, համալսարանում գործելաոճ է ընտրվել, որ ամբիոնի վարիչները չլինեն համատեղողներ, այլ ամբողջովին ներգրավվեն համալսարանի աշխատանքներում, ու քանի որ ՍԴ անդամ է Ֆ.Թոխյանը, այդ որոշումը վերաբերում է նաև նրան:

Անդրադառնալով ընդհանրապես դասաժամեր ունենալ-չունենալու հարցին՝ ռեկտորը նշեց, որ իր ծանրաբեռնվածության հարցը որոշում է հենց Ֆելիքս Թոխյանը: 

Ավելին, ըստ Դարբինյանի, ամբիոնի վարիչի պարտականությունների դադարեցումը ենթադրում է դասախոսական աշխատանքի ավելացում: 

«Չեմ բացառում, որ դասախոսական ժամերը նա մի կիսամյակ ավելացնի կամ պակասեցնի, բայց դա ընթացիկ աշխատանքային է, ոչ մի կոնֆլիկտայնություն չկա»,ասաց Արմեն Դարբինյանը:
