Բանկի կառավարիչը 35 հազար դոլար էր հափշտակել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է բանկի կառավարչի կողմից քաղաքացուց 35.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
Գործով մեղադրյալ 43-ամյա Ա.Մարգարյանը 2010-2013թթ. հանդիսացել է հայաստանյան բանկերից մեկի «Շենգավիթ» մասնաճյուղի կառավարիչը։ Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2011 թվականի գարնանն իր ծանոթներից մեկի՝ գործով տուժող Վ.Պետրոսյանի հետ հերթական հանդիպումներից մեկի ժամանակ Ա.Մարգարյանը տեղեկացրել է բանկին պատկանող, Արշակունյաց պողոտայում գտնվող տարածքներից մեկի վաճառքի մասին՝ նշելով, որ կարող է օգնել Վ.Պետրոսյանին` այն ձեռնտու պայմաններով՝ 110.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարով, ձեռք բերելու հարցում։ Տարածքին ծանոթանալուց հետո վերջինս առաջարկի նկատմամբ դրսեւորել է հետաքրքրություն։
Նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ Ա.Մարգարյանը 2011 թվականի մարտի 29-ին գործով տուժողից որպես կանխավճար ստացել է 35.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, որի մասին նույն օրը գրել է ստացական։ Սակայն գործարքը տեղի չի ունեցել, գումարը եւս չի վերադարձվել։ Տուժողն իր խաբված լինելու մասին համոզվել է 2013 թվականին, երբ Ա.Մարգարյանն ազատվել է աշխատանքից։
Քննության ընթացքում հիմնավորվել է, որ Ա.Մարգարյանը բանկի կողմից լիազորված չի եղել նշված տարածքի նկատմամբ գործողություն իրականացնելու, այն ձեռք բերելու նպատակով բանկի դրամարկղ որեւէ վճարում նրա կողմից չի կատարվել։
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 43-ամյա Ա.Մարգարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն):
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
