Գյուղական տներում պետք է լինի բաղնիք, ցնցուղ, տաք ջուր. Փաշինյան
POLITICSՄեր ամենամեծ ռազմավարական խնդիրը պլանավորումն է: Այս մասին այսօր` հոկտեմբերի 12-ին, «Իմ քայլը հանուն Արագածոտնի մարզի» ներդրումային բիզնես ծրագրերի համաժողովին մարզի գործարարների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
«Ես որ ասեմ՝ 2050 թվին մենք ինչ երկիր ենք ուզում ունենալ, բայց հիմա ռազմավարությունների առումով ուրիշ մարտահրավեր է առաջ եկել, հիմա աշխարհն այնքան արագ է փոխվում, որ մեծ հաշվով 15 տարվա պլանավորում անելն ինչ-որ առումով անհեթեթ է հնչում եւ դա ես իմ օրինակի վրա գիտեմ: Երբ որ 2008 թվականին ես ընդհատակում հայտնվեցի, ես թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր էի, 2011-ին՝ 3.5 տարի հետո, երբ ես ազատության մեջ հայտնվեցի, ամբողջ լրատվական դաշտն այնպես էր փոխվել, հայտնվել էր Ֆեյսբուք, Յություբ, հայտնվել էին կայքեր, այսինքն եթե 3 տարում կարող է միջավայրն անճանաչելիորեն փոխվել, պատկերացրեք՝ 15-30 ռարում ինչ մեծ փոփոխություններ պետք է լինեն»,- ասաց նա՝ ընդգծելով, որ այժմ մեր խնդիրը ռազմավարական մտածողությունն է:
Նա նշեց, որ այսօր խնդիր են դրել, որ գյուղերում ցեխոտ ճանապարհներից ազատվեն, գյուղերը պետք է ունենան կոյուղի, գյուղական տներում պետք է լինի բաղնիք, ցնցուղ, տաք ջուր եւ գյուղի տների դրսի զուգարանի կուլտորան պետք է դուրս գա:
«Սա նշանակում է, որ պետք է տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինն աշխատի, սակայն էսօր որ գյուղապետից հարցնում ես, ասում են` ինքը խնդիր չունի, մտածում է` հորեղբոր տղուն հող ծախի, որ բարեկամին հաստիքի վրա ձեւակերպի, որ աշխատավարձ չստանա, գործ չկա: Էստեղից էլ գնում ենք, ընտրողին ենք հարցնում, բա ընտրողը ո՞նց է ընտրել գյուղապետ»,- ասաց նա:
Մարզպետ Դավիթ Գեւորգյանն էլ ընդհատեց` ասելով, որ գյուղացիները մարզպետին են մեղադրում նման գյուղապետերի հարցում:
Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ այդ ամենը ընտրակաշառքով քվեարկելու արդյունքն է:
