POLITICS«Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամում ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է հափշտակության նոր դեպք:
Այս առնչությամբ ԱԱԾ տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է.
«ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հավատարիմ լինելով հասարակության առջև հնարավորինս բաց և թափանցիկ լինելու սկզբունքին, հարկ է համարում իրազեկել, որ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում դեռևս 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 2-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 214-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործով կատարված բազմաթիվ քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ 08.10.2019թ. «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի նախկին գործադիր տնօրեն Արա Վարդանի Վարդանյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 214-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով առաջադրված մեղադրանքը փոփոխվել, լրացվել և կրկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 214-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 325-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով։
Համաձայն փաստական տվյալների` նա, նախնական համաձայնության գալով հիմնադրամին 100 տոկոս մասնաբաժնով պատկանող ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրենի հետ, 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 26-ին կնքել է պայմանագիր՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ասկերանի, Շահումյանի, Մարտակերտի, Հադրութի, Քաշաթաղի և Մարտունու շրջանների վարչակազմերի կրթության բաժիններին 149.474.540.00 ՀՀ դրամի գույք մատակարարելու մասին, սակայն տվյալ գույքը չի մատակարարվել, իսկ հիմնադրամից այդ նպատակով դուրս գրված հիշյալ գումարը յուրացնելու նպատակով կազմել են պաշտոնական կեղծ փաստաթղթեր՝ նյութագիտական արժեքների հանձնման-ընդունման ակտեր:
2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը, բավարարելով վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի միջնորդությունը, մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ նախկինում որպես այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց ընտրված գրավը փոփոխել և որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրել է կալանավորումը:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հորդորում է՝ նրա գործունեության վերաբերյալ նյութեր հրապարակելիս օգտվել պաշտոնական աղբյուրից՝ ստացված տեղեկությունների արժանահավատությունը ճշտելու համար»։
