Ստեփանակերտում ընթանում է Արցախի բարեկամների համաժողովը (ուղիղ)
POLITICSՍտեփանակերտում մեկնարկել է «Համագործակցություն հանուն արդարության եւ խաղաղության» խորագրով Արցախի բարեկամների համաժողով, որի նպատակն է ընդլայնել եւ ամրապնդել Արցախի Հանրապետության ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցությունն օտարերկրյա պետությունների տարբեր շրջանների եւ քաղաքների հետ, նոր ազդակ եւ գործնական բնույթ հաղորդել Արցախի արդեն առկա միջազգային կապերին, ինչպես նաեւ ստեղծել Արցախին աջակցող սուբյեկտներին, քաղաքական եւ հասարակական գործիչներին միավորող ցանց։
Համաժողովին մասնակցելու են տարբեր երկրներում գործող Արցախի հետ խորհրդարանական բարեկամության խմբերի եւ շրջանակների, ինչպես նաեւ քաղաքական եւ հասարակական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ, պատվիրակություններ Արցախի անկախությունը ճանաչած կամ Արցախի հետ համագործակցող վարչատարածքային միավորներից. ընդհանուր՝ շուրջ 30 երկրներից ավելի քան 150 քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչներ եւ մտավորականներ։
Համաժողովի բացմանը ուղերձով հանդես եկավ Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը։
Ելույթներ կունենան ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը, Պետական նախարարը, Արտաքին գործերի, Կրթության, գիտության եւ սպորտի, Մշակույթի, երիտասարդության հարցերի եւ զբոսաշրջության նախարարները, ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչը, Հայ Դատի Վաշինգտոնի եւ Բրյուսելի գրասենյակների ներկայացուցիչները։
Համաժողովի քննարկումները կանցկացվեն երկու թեմաների շուրջ.
ա) «Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը եւ խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացը».
բ) «Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային կապերի ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները տնտեսական, մշակութային եւ գիտակրթական ոլորտներում՝ Արցախի մեկուսացմանն ուղղված Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությանը դիմագրավելու նպատակով»։
Համաժողովը կընդունի հռչակագիր։
Համաժողովի համակազմակերպիչներն են Արցախի Հանրապետության Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն ու Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցությունը։
