Չինաստանը մեծացնում է իր ներկայությունը նաև Հայաստանում
INTERNATIONAL NEWSkommersant.ru-ն «Քամին արևելքից. ինչպե՞ս է Չինաստանը իրացնում հետխորհրդային տարածքը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ վերջին ժամանակներս չինական ազդեցության պայթյունային աճ գրանցվում է ոչ միայն համաշխարհային տնտեսությունում, այլ նաև աշխարհաքաղաքականության շրջանակներում: Ներկայումս «չինական գործոնը» հաշվի առնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին են խոսում և՛ Եվրոպայում, և՛ Աֆրիկայում, և՛ երկու Ամերիկաներում:
Այն առկա է նաև նախկին ԽՍՀՄ հանրապետություններում, բայց ինչ-որ պատճառով այդ երկրներում, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանում ընդունված չէ հրապարակայնորեն խոսել այդ մասին: Սակայն իրականում հետխորհրդային տարածքը ոչ միայն լրիվ բաց է «արևելքից փչող քամու» համար, այլ նաև որոշ դեպքերում Չինաստանի համար հանդիսանում է առաջնահերթ ուղղություն:
Վարկեր, առևտրային հոսքեր, ենթակառուցվածքային և հումքային նախագծեր. չինացիների առաջարկությունների ցանկը բազմաբնույթ է, իսկ դրանց ծավալներն անընդհատ աճում են: «Огонек» ամսագիրը փորձել է պարզել, թե ԱՊՀ որ երկրներում է Չինաստանի ներթափանցումը առավել նկատելի: Նման երկրներն են Բելառուսը, Ղըրղըզստանը, Ղազախստանը, Ուկրաինան, Տաջիկստանը, Թուրքմենստանը, Վրաստանը և Հայաստանը: Հայաստանի համար Չինաստանը Ռուսաստանից հետո երկրորդ առևտրային գործընկերն է:
2018 թվականին երկրների միջև առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 771 միլիոն դոլար, որը 29,3%-ով ավելի է 2017 թվականի ցուցանիշից: Հայկական արտահանման մեծ մասը՝ 88%-ը, կազմում է պղնձի կոնցենտրատը, որի գնումն էլ իրականացնում է Չինաստանը:
Ներկայումս Չինաստանը այդ արտադրանքի գնումն անընդհատ նվազեցնում է, քանի որ զուգահեռաբար զարգացնում է իր հզորությունները:
Չինաստանը նաև որոշակի ներդրումային ծրագրեր է իրականացնում Հայաստանում, օրինակ՝ 2010 թվականին ստեղծվել է «Շանսի-Նաիրիտ» կաուչուկի արտադրության համատեղ ձեռնարկությունը, իսկ չինական Sinohydro ընկերությունը մասնակցում է «Հյուսիս-հարավ» տրանսպորտային նախագծի շինարարական աշխատանքներին:
