90-ականների սկզբին ինժեներական ուղղությունները, հավանաբար գիտակցաբար, մղվեցին տասներորդական պլան, բայց, բարեբախտաբար եղան նաև մարդիկ, ովքեր բազմաթիվ դժվարություններ հաղթահարելով շարունակեցին զարգացնել այն:

 

Փողի մրցավազքն օրվա հրամայական դարձրածների Հայաստանում, ինժեներական ստեղծագործական միտք ունեցողներ պետք չէին: Նրանց համար օրվա խնդիրը միայն երկիրը մթի ու խավարի մեջ պահելն էր, որպեսզի կարողանան մեկ դղյակ ավելի քերել երկիր մտնող գումարներից:

 

Սակայն, տեղեկատրվական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման ճանապարհով գնացողներն ամեն ինչ արեցին, որ Հայաստանը քայլ առ քայլ զարգանա, և կարողանա իր ասելիքն ունենա բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում: Որոշեցին և իրականացրեցին:

 

Եվ այսօր արդեն, շատ շատերի ջանքերի շնորհիվ, Հայաստանը բոլորովին նոր մակարդակի է հասել ՏՏ ոլորտում և կարողանում է ոչ միայն աշխարհի հետ համաքայլ զարգանալ, այլև ինժեներական նոր լուծումներով աշխարհի հայացքն ուղղել դեպի Հայաստան:

Անշուշտ, նման հաջողությունների հնարավոր կլիներ ավելի շուտ հասնել, եթե Հայաստանը չհայտնվեր ինժեներական մտքից կիլոմետրերով հեռու մարդկանց ճիրաններում, որոնց համար ամեն ինչից թանկն ու կարևորը սեփական գրպանն էր, և ուրիշ ոչինչ: Բայց, ինչպես ասում են, լավ է ուշ, քան՝ երբեք:

Այսօր արդեն կարող ենք հպարտությամբ արձանագրել, որ  ՏՏ ոլորտում Հայաստանը ոչ թե ընդամենը սպառող է, այլև ինժեներական միտք գեներացնող ու նոր լուծումներ առաջարկող երկիր: Դրա ապացույցներից էր նաև արհեստական բանականության կողմից նոր ստեղծված և ռեալ ժամանակում երաժիշտներին փոխանցվող նոտաներով դասական ստեղծագործության կատարումը, որը կրկին աշխարհում առաջին անգամ իրականություն դարձավ Հայաստանում:

Այս ամենից հետո մնում է միայն արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանը դեռ շատ ասելիք ունի աշխարհին, որի ժամանակը վաղուց եկել էր: Այսինքն՝ կարող ենք ասել, որ այլսուհետ փակ են խավարամտության ու թալանի դռները և դրանց փոխարեն օր-օրի բացվում են ինժեներական նորարար գաղափարներ գեներացնելու և կյանքի կոչելու հնարավորությունները: Մնում է այս ամենի վրա ոչ թե ձու նետել կամ չնետելու դեպքում էլ փորձել անիմաստ տեղը ձվի մեջ մազ փնտրել, այլ՝ համախմբվել նոր գաղափարների շուրջ ու քայլ առ քայլ երկիրը դուրս հանել այն խավարի միջից, որում հայտնվել էր Հայաստանը անկախանալուց հետո:
