POLITICSԵրևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը քիչ առաջ վերադարձավ խորհրդակցական սենյակից և որոշում կայացրեց մերժել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանների` իր դեմ ներկայացված ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդությունը և բացարկ չհայտնեց։ Այսպիսով դատական նիստը շարունակվում է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանները ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին։
Միջնորդությունը ներկայացնելիս՝ պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանը նշել է, որ Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նախագահությամբ դատարանը չի կարող սույն գործը քննող պատշաճ դատարան համարվել։ Բացի այդ, պաշտպանական կողմը գտնում է, որ Դանիբեկյանը կանխակալ բացասական վերաբերմունք ունի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ։ Նշենք, որ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը նախկինում մերժել էր երկրորդ նախագահին ազատ արձակել Սահմանադրական դատարանի սեպտեմբերի 4–ի որոշման հիմքով, ապա նաև մերժել էր պաշտպանների ներկայացրած գրավի միջնորդությունը։
