Վերջերս ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության երկու քաղաքացի ներգրավվել է օրգանների ապօրինի շրջանառության մեջ։

 

Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները ձեռնարկվեցին լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ստացված տեղեկությունների իսկությունը պարզելու, ինչպես նաեւ նշված անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

 

Միջոցառումներին մասնակցեցին նաեւ ոստիկանության Աշոցքի բաժնի ծառայողները։ Արդյունքում պարզվեց ներգրավված անձանց ինքնությունը։ Միջոցառման այդ փուլում սերտ համագործակցություն ծավալվեց նաեւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ինտերպոլի ազգային կենտրոնական բյուրոյի ծառայողների հետ։ Դրա արդյունքում էլ պարզվեց, որ քաղաքացիներից մեկն իրոք ստացել էր եվրոպական երկիր մուտք գործելու արտոնագիր եւ մեկնել։

 

Այնտեղ փոխպատվաստման վիրահատության միջոցով վերցվել էր նրա օրգանը՝ երիկամը։ Նշված հանգամանքը հավաստեց նաեւ նշանակված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքում ստացված փորձագետի եզրակացությամբ։

 

Հարուցվեց քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 125-րդ պրիմ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով, այն է՝ մարդու օրգանների (եւ) կամ հյուսվածքների ապօրինի շրջանառությունը։

 

Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում տվյալ անձը հրավիրվեց ոստիկանություն եւ ցուցմունք տվեց, որ իրոք երիկամի առուվաճառքի շուրջ խոսակցություններ է վարել այդպիսի առաջարկով իրեն դիմած մարդու հետ։

 

Նրա կազմակերպմամբ մի քանի անգամ մեկնել է եվրոպական տվյալ երկիր բժշկական հետազոտություն անցնելու եւ ըստ ցուցմունքի հերթական անգամ այդպիսի բժշկական հետազոտություն կազմակերպելու նպատակով իրեն տեղափոխել են եվրոպական երկիր եւ այնտեղ արդեն օգտվելով տվյալ երկրի լեզվին չտիրապետելու, ինչպես նաեւ միայնակ այդտեղ գտնվելու հանգամանքներից, օգտագործելով նաեւ պարտքային կախվածության հետեւանքով առաջացած վիճակի խոցելիությունը, առանց նրա վերջնական համաձայնությունը ստանալու՝ նրան ենթարկել են վիրահատության, ինչի միջոցով էլ վերցրել են երիկամը։

 

Ոստիկանության ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում այս հանցագործությանը ներգրավված գրեթե բոլոր անձանց ինքնությունները պարզվել են․ միջոցառումները շարունակվում են հանցագործության հանգամանքներն ամբողջովին պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
