POLITICSՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով ՍԴ որոշման դեմ բողոքը, որը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանները սեպտեմբերի 17-ին ուղարկել են Վերաքննիչ դատարան, գործն այն դատավորի մոտ է, ում որդին մասնակցում է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի աջակիցներին դեմ ցույցերին։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 7-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդին՝ Լեւոն Քոչարյանը։
Անդրադառնալով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն ներկայացնելուն՝ Լեւոն Քոչարյանն ասաց.
«Այս ամեն ինչում չկա իրավական գործընթաց։ Իրավական ոչինչ չկա, իրենք իրենց մեղավորներ են նշանակում, գալիս են, խոսում են։ Ունենք շատ լավ փաստաբանական թիմ, շատ գրագետ են, տարբերությունը մյուս կողմից զգացվում է։ Ի՞նչ օգուտ, ինչ էլ խոսեն մեկ է ինչ-որ դատավոր կա նստած, ով իրենց ուզածը շտամպի պես պեչատում է։ Իհարկե, ինքնաբացարկի հիմքերը կան։ Մարդը ՍԴ որոշումն է անտեսում։ ՍԴ որոշման դեմ այդ բողոքը, որը մենք սեպտեմբերի 17-ին տարել ենք Վերաքննիչ դատարան, եւ գործը ընկել է էն մարդու հոր մոտ, ով որ այդ օրն այստեղ դրսում ընդդեմ մեզ կանգնած ցույց էր անում՝ Մհեր Արղամանյանը: Այսինքն իր տղան այստեղ կանգնած ուրախանում էր այն որոշման համար, որի դեմ մենք բողոք ենք տարել Վերաքննիչ դատարան։ Այդ մարդն էլ չի ասում, ժողովուրդ, ես չեմ կարող քննել այդ գործը, չեմ կարող օբյեկտիվ լինել։ Կողքից նայողի մոտ էլ կասկած կառաջանա, նույն տան մեջ են ապրում։ Մենք իրեն տալիս ենք ինքնաբացարկի դիմում, նա մեզ ասում է՝ գիտեք գործը մեկ է թողնում եմ առանց քննության, ու ինչ-որ աբսուրդ պատճաբանությամբ, բայց այդ մարդը իրավունք չուներ գործը ընդուներ վարույթ»։
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ երկորրդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանը քիչ առաջ ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց նախագահող դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին։
Պաշտպանը համարում է, որ առկա են մի շարք հանգամանքներ, որոնք բացառում են Աննա Դանիբեկյանի՝ որպես դատավորի մասնակցությունը տվյալ դատական գործին։
Ըստ Ալումյանի՝ ինքնաբացարկի հիմքերը երկուսն են՝ սույն գործը քննելու համար Աննա Դանիբեկյանը չի կարող պատշաճ դատարան համարվել եւ նա կանխակալ բացասական վերաբերմունք ունի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ։
